I had an excellent experience. Gunjan didi and master ji patiently understood the customised pattern which I wanted through a Pinterest photo. They went into all the details of the photo and stichted my gown exactly the way I wanted.
In turn if they had smallest of the doubts, they called me on the spot to clarify and provided options to me.
Further I requested them if the gown could be prepared 2 days earlier as suddenly I had to travel out of mumbai. And they catered to rhat as well.
In the first time itself perfect gown was prepared. I had the best experience.

Very disappointing experience. Gunjan takes the order and asks for reference photos, claims she will design accordingly, but later says that if it looks fine on the table and not on the body, it’s “not in her control.” This clearly shows a lack of understanding of fit and design execution.
She charges a whopping ₹1300 claiming it’s a boutique price, but takes absolutely no accountability for the final outcome. There is no professional knowledge of how a design will actually look once stitched and worn.
On top of that, mistakes like choosing the wrong colour lining are made, and instead of fixing them properly, the customer is forced to compromise. To “rectify” her own mistakes, she convinces you to change the blouse design altogether, still charges the full amount, and refuses to accept responsibility for her errors.
High prices, poor craftsmanship, no accountability, and zero customer satisfaction. Would not recommend at all.

Do NOT be fooled into trusting this boutique — their glowing ratings are an absolute hoax.
I gave my bridal blouse to this lady for stitching, and she completely ruined it.
First, she delivered a horribly finished piece with glaring blanks in the embroidery right at the front of the blouse. When I pointed it out, she tried to gaslight me, insisting that “blouses are made like this” and implying that I didn’t know anything. Anyone with functioning eyes could see the clear discontinuity in the embroidery, which looked shabby, cheap, and utterly careless.
After a lot of back and forth, she finally agreed to “fix” it — only to make things even worse. She removed the cups and added handwork on top, and then returned the blouse without any cups at all. The fitting was a disaster: shoulders drooping, waist loose, bust cut far too deep. The entire piece became unusable, and despite destroying it, she had the audacity to charge me extra for this horrible mess.
And if that wasn’t enough, she blamed me, saying I was expecting a level of perfection “that cannot be achieved.”
Unbelievable.
This boutique is extremely mediocre and absolutely incapable of handling heavy or important bridal pieces. If you value your outfits — especially anything important — do not trust them.

Made the blouse exactly like the design reference I had given. It fit me perfectly. She also made my saree a ready to wear one and it fits beautifully. They delivered it before time as well. Would highly recommend them for getting saree blouses and ready to wear sarees stitched.

I was just walking through natraj market in the afternoon looking to buy something readymade for a garba event in the evening. Was roaming for about 30 min, but in vain. Then I Entered Gunjan’s boutique to just check out if I can buy something.
She understood my requirement immediately and offered to give me something stitched by evening and I was like wow. I had showed her what I was looking for and she gave me various ideas of what can be done. I placed the order and by evening it was ready. I tried it there itself, her tailor master fixed basic thighs for me and voila, I had my thing ready.
She and her team are quite meticulous and swift.
Would highly recommend to visit her for all kinds of stitching.

Advertised as boutique but work is very average with the owner/designer having no creativity of her own. Finishing and cuts for delicate designs are not upto to the par. If you prefer general and simple designs then her work is good. However for the same price other local tailors can make more fashionable & designer clothes. I personally had a very bad experience with 4 blouses all not stitched as per my instructions. But the helpers/master tailor is very good and understands your needs better than the owner/designer. Try at your own risk.
