Unprofessional and lousy: I went for alteration for 4 shirts. I had clearly told him that I need it back by a certain date. The shop owner was just sitting over it and did not even start the alteration process. When I called to check I can come and collect without checking he gave confirmation. On top is this he ruined one of new white shirt when a pen mark. When I asked him how could he be so careless he casually said ‘ye to chala jaega’. Just avoid this place if you don’t want same things to happen to you.
