Recently been to them to get a sari blouse stictched. I had asked them to put the hooks/buttons at the back of the blouse, but it was done on the front and they insisted I had said front. So always better to take a picture of the final pattern and write next to the pattern if any additional requirements. When I came home & tried it, it was a bit loose. I went back the next day and they immediately did the required alterations and gave a good fit. Happy with the end product. However, would have been happier if they had atleast acknowledged that they had put the hooks wrong rather than adding, it's ok this way also. Thank you.
