I have been getting my blouses, dresses, and kurtas stitched here for over 15 years, and even before that, my mother trusted them—truly a testament to their consistent quality.
They have been part of my most special moments—my wedding, baby shower, and both my kids’ ceremonies. Every outfit has been beautifully crafted and memorable.They also stand out for their creativity, offering unique and unconventional designs tailored to my customized needs.
Their finishing, lining, and fitting are always perfect. I really appreciate the thoughtful stitching margins, which make long-term use and alterations easy. They also offer unique, unconventional designs tailored to customized needs.
What makes them even more special is their patience and attention to detail. They take the time to understand exactly what you want and deliver it with precision. Even after shifting overseas I still trust only Damayanti bhabhi and her son Kiran Bhai for their sincere and honest work. And still get my garment stitched only from them during my india visit.
Very patient, detail-oriented, and professional, with reliable on-time delivery. Highly recommended!

Craftsmanship and tailoring is excellent. The fit is superb. Even the lining quality is superior to what most tailors use. They request you visit by appointment and will give you as much time and attention as you need. They will make suggestions as well as incorporate your ideas. Take photos of designs you like from Pinterest for this discussion. Not necessary though. They have a very large selection of patterns.
They went a week over the promised delivery date which isn’t bad when compared to other tailors of similar calibre. It is also peak season for them so the slight delay is understandable.
Prices are a little steep in comparison but their perfect work makes up for it. So if you r price sensitive, might not be suitable. But I highly recommend to take your expensive fabrics here.
If you don’t go here for the embroidary, you must go for the tailoring. It is absolutely perfect.

Had a terrible experience at this so called reputed tailoring boutique. The Masterji conveniently failed to tell me that the entire embroidery for which I was paying 7000 per blouse would be matched to the colour of the border of the blouse piece. I wanted my bridal navvari saree to have a gold embroidered blouse instead I got copper. Even worse, I had clearly discussed the blouse design and mentioned I wanted small bells at the back of the blouse with pearl strings attached - this was the main show of the blouse; the Masterji even made a drawing of the pearl strings at the back of the blouse in the image he printed for reference — but when I saw the stitched blouse all these elements were missing. Instead of admitting his fault, this Masterji tried to play a fast one on me by saying that the bells were never agreed on even though his reference picture clearly showed them hanging at the back. Infuriating, disappointing and definitely NOT WORTH THE PRICE. This store may have had a name back in the day; now it’s gone to the dogs. Pathetic customer experience

Sorry that I took a whole year to review this place.
I took a risk and gave them 6 blouse together for stitching. Every piece was different.
I got them perfectly stitched.
Cutting, finishing, fitting detailing everything was top notch but I was a beginner for sarees and blouses and I didn't value that.
Now that I've shifted far from their location and this whole year I tried many boutiques tailors and what not and all I got is disappointment. I mean blouses were fine but not as perfect as Damayanti tailors.
And I can say the 6 blouse that I got stitched from them are unbeatable. ❤️

We guess the good old days of this shop are over. With age believe only wine gets better. At the end of discussion last week, we felt that we were being paid to get the stitching done and cloth that we had bought didn't deserve high level craftsmanship they offer. Apologies that we created inconvenience for you. While we look forward to your denial and response full of how we were wrong that we even thought of buying dress material.

The boutique is excellent. Aunty and Kiran bhaiya is so much cooperating and understand what exactly the customer want. The stitching of the blouse as well as dress is so much amazing. Even the designs they suggest are superb. I am really very happy.

I had very bad experience of this shop because of one old lady sitting at Damyanti..she behaved very rudely with me after charging me 20k for 4 blouses ..out of respect for that aunty I didn’t say any thing to her . Please beware of this shop(especially of that old lady ) because they will treat you like animals ..other staffs were polite except that aunty ..she doesn’t know how to talk with customers..she neither stitched my blouses nor even returned my advance payment ..that old aunty was using abusive language in Marathi to me because of advance payment when I asked her .don’t go to that shop especially if that aunty is sitting there..will never recommend this shop to any one

You never paid anything in advance which is due to return.
I can share video recording too which will clearly show how you behaved at shop and after in the evening how rude was your mother on phone call. So I will suggest you not to defame anyone with false accusations. I request to people who are reading this review not to believe this lady as she herself is too rude.

Avoid this tailor at all costs if you don’t want your wedding outfit ruined.
She completely spoiled my wedding lehenga blouse by leaving a blank patch right in the middle. When I questioned her, she casually blamed the fabric — something she should’ve noticed before stitching. When I asked why she didn’t inform me, she claimed she “couldn’t tell” beforehand. And when I asked her to fix it, she flat-out refused, saying it was “too much effort” to restitch it.
She charged me ₹3,000 for this mess. No apology. No refund. Just excuses and extreme disregard for a paying customer.
I had to shell out another ₹5,000 at the lehenga store to get it redone properly.
Ruining a bride’s wedding blouse isn’t just about poor tailoring — it’s about ruining someone’s special day.
Thankfully, I had time to fix it elsewhere. But I will never go back to her again, and I strongly advise no one else does either.

I think MONIKA it's almost 6 months back you had stitched the blouse and all the possibilities were shared at the time of stitching. So there is no point in sharing any false review after 5-6 months.
We always suggest what best possible can be done by us and also inform customer regarding the same. It's always with agreement of customer we move forward.

I was introduced to them by my mom...she stitched all her wedding blouses from Damayanti Mam..and now on my wedding..it’s Damayanti Ladies tailor again who stitched my 11 blouses..and all of them turned out absolutely amazing. Your team is helpful and supportive. Also I had to lose on some KGs as it’s dream for every girl to look perfect!!! And she helped me with it..giving me time to work on myself and then taking the measurements and getting it stitched in no time. No,Not suggesting at all.
She will charge you absolutely worst. Too much costly and not guaranteed of good work. My wedding blouse stitched horrible and taken 7k, and they will probably argue in everything you can see in comments reply but you are not allowed to argue while you are the one who's paying them.

I had very bad experience here. Today I went to this shop, One of their attendents was rude she made us wait outside for nearly half hour.
First we thought may be bcz of covid they are not allowing more people inside but me and my husband were standing outside and I could see the other ladies were going inside, So we left from there and I have given my dress to other tailor.
Please make sure to give proper treatment and services to your customers.

Sorry mam. as you have seen the rush at the shop, we truly care for you. Due to covid we try to keep social distancing. The ladies entering the shop were just wanted to collect there stuff.
And you want to stitch the stuff which would have taken atleast a half an hour. And I was already attending one customer. You might have also seen other two customers to which I kept waiting outside the shop.
It's not our rudeness mam we were trying avoid more person at a time..
If you were hurt by our behaviour we are sorry for that, but we never mean so.

Designer blouse, saree,kutra,one of best taliors for weddings parties,one must try, some people feel its costly, but it again upto you to decide as embroidery work is there, but they take atleast two weeks for delivery.

They have lots of design with handmade and machine made designs
You have to book an appointment and go there or have to wait for long time for your number
At least give month before for stiching they have too much booking

Went to this place seeing all the reviews, had a very bad experience. They ruined my dress. Very rude people and not at all ready to accept their mistake. They keep the bill with themselves at delivery and don't give any customer copy. Return crumpled clothes, don't even iron them.

I think mam you have over written everything.
You were given full attention at the shop and all your complaints were resolved as there was minor fitting issue. At the time of booking your dress I personally mentioned you about your embroidery issues due to which you felt the crumpled. And about the bill we always give the bill if you ask for it. There was no rudeness in our behaviour inspite we attended you were gracefully as no other customer was there at shop. So please I request you not to spread false information.
If you find any issues with fitting we are always ready to make changes as per your choice.

it was very bad..I went there with prior appointment and then also they said that they don't have any appointment in my name..ut was a shear wastage of time and money..going there and coming back without getting anything done..they should be taught to be a bit welcoming

It's very sad to hear that you are not satisfied mam.
But as I noticed you had half an hour to decided a single pattern for one blouse and after that in few moments you kept on changing pattern for the same that's not commendable. Anyone can loose temper but still I suggested you to have a seat and decide comfortably so that I can attend someone else. You were very confused regarding the patterns and continuously were on chat with somebody regarding patterns.
