They are very good in their skill.Also they have a professional and customer friendly approach .In a recent incident one of my pant piece given to them for stitching was slightly stained by one of their workers. However without making any fuss of the issue, they promptly fully compensated me in the matter.

Not so good in fitting. Anyways, that shouldn't be an issue till the time tailor spearheadingly tweaks it. That's not the case here. The boss there would insist that first touch is fine and don't tweak anymore and would react rude if you happen to insist. Customer service could have been better!
