I rarely write such posts, but this experience deserves to be shared so others don’t go through what I did. I entrusted this tailor with something incredibly important — the stitching of wedding blouses for me and my mother. We first gave them a simple blouse as a trial, and unfortunately, they ruined it completely. The damage was irreversible, and their “solution” was to replace it with a blouse made from a different fabric — not a great sign, but we decided to give them another chance, hoping the wedding blouses would be handled better. That trust was a mistake. They promised delivery right before my wedding events, which was already a tight timeline. And when we received the blouses, not a single one was stitched properly. The fit, the finishing — everything was off. It was heartbreaking to see not just my blouses but even my mom’s outfits poorly done, especially when these were for such special occasions. The most frustrating part? They refused to take any responsibility. According to them, “the blouses are fine” — as if we just didn’t know how to wear them correctly. No acknowledgment of the poor stitching, no apology. To make things worse, they have no proper trial or fitting space. You’re expected to pay the full amount (in cash) upfront, take the blouses home, and only then discover the issues. Once you raise a complaint, there's no chance of a refund or resolution — just denial and blame-shifting. Weddings are emotional and once-in-a-lifetime moments. I hope no other bride or family has to go through this kind of last-minute stress and disappointment. Please, choose your tailor with care.

I have stitched multiple blouses here, and while their work is good, it’s not exceptional. However, their constant price hikes are unreasonable—from ₹400/600/800 earlier to now ₹1100+ for a basic blouse and ₹1600 for a padded one, which doesn’t match their quality. They seem to think they’re a luxury boutique, but the stitching and service remain average. Additionally, they only accept cash, which is inconvenient and questionable in today’s digital age. Not worth the steep pricing!
