Very badly stitched my blouse. Wanted to wear for an occasion charged me INR 1000..end up wearing an old blouse. The blouse I switched from him,,1st and last in my life . Extremely disappointed. Entire team is rude, no respect for ladies and treated very badly as if didn't care when I explained that it not good. He said that cloth is bad so why did he take at 1st place and his team insisted on making payment. It like given a donation...felt so bad.

Old age uncle had 0 sense of talking, very rude and didn’t want to accept he ruined the blouses.
Expected all the respect while he never gave one.
Gave them 3 blouses to make and all of them had fold near the chest area and he gave unreasonable explanation on why it is having folds.
Uncle commented inappropriately too,
was just not ready to accept his mistake.
No wonder he doesn’t have clients.

Disappointing experience. I had high hopes for this tailor shop but my experience fell short. the stitching on my wife's blouse was uneven,bad fitting, design material used was of a low quality and the final fit was uncomfortable. when this issue was raised to the owner of the shop, he did not take the feedback instead started pointing issues in the body type.

Highly disappointed by the services provided. The boutique owner is extremely unprofessional, rude and lacks etiquettes to talk to his customers. He doesn't accept his mistake but instead bodyshames the customer. On top of all this the rates are unreasonably high. Would never go there again or recommend anyone. He ruined my wedding saree blouse for which he shows no regret and the design work done on the blouse was worn out in one trial.

Coustmers reviews aren't taken into consideration. My wedding blouse was not stitched according to my needs,he stitched it the way he felt comfortable. The work on the blouse is very bad not at all satisfactory, for such minial work I was overcharged. And our opinions about the first isn't taken into consideration either.

Good work turned to bad and now worst.
They only waste customers time and energy. No value for customers nor they have any respect for people.
They loot people in the name of fashion, they will try to add unnecessary accessories to you......... Extra expensive tassels, additional expenses for small changes to the blouses........
More than tailoring business, they have now started looting people in the name of fashion and style.
Never ever go to these people.

A complete disaster. They ruined my engagement blouse. Even after trying to fix it thrice they dint get it right till the end. Just 2 days before my engagement, i had to go fetch a new fabric and new blouse stitched.
The head tailor has no sense how to speak with customers.

Pathetic service!! That uncle has not etiquettes to talk to a woman! Straight away he kept blaming & shouting on call. First of all, don't promise when it's not possible for y'all to deliver the work on time. You are wasting customer's time, energy and money. On top of it, he had the audacity to BODYSHAME me in front of everyone. Your ego and attitude problems will surely affect the business. Spoiling my mood just before my BIG day. Karma is watching. Enough said. Tejal, please consider this, not only me but other Google reviewers/customers faced the similar problems.

Waste of money and they don't listen to customer's requirements and they design as per their convenience.
Worst tailor and that maharastrain girl, that they have appointed don't have sense of talking to customer nor listen to their requirements....
Girls and ladies please don't waste your expensive material and your money on this cheap tailor
Very disappointing and after paying in thousands you won't be happy with their work and finishing..
So instead you can give it to your local tailor.

Spoilt my chaniya choli and is not ready to repair it saying he doesn't have the time to sit and correct it because he has too many other orders to complete.... also told me wear it or keep it your choice! Too rude to accept his mistake, doest even understand symmetry of two sides. Charges are too high and work is unaccountable for... We have sentiments attached to the clothes we specially stitch for some occasions and if this is the behaviour after spending so much money I think its a waste to go there again... He also told don't come to me next time if you dint like and he doesn't care he has too many other customers already.... Please hand over your clothes to him at your own risk!

Same like all others The owner don't have manners he speak very rudely, They never give adequate time to listen Customers requirements and keep on making mistakes and never accept their mistakes. That marathi Girl too very rude with Customers. I stopped giving work to them , they will surely lose their clients n business. Customer service is 0....charges are high... humanity ....0....totally disappointed after paying higher charges

First of all i don't want to give any rating but still I have given 1star (Since rating is mandatory if u wannna write google review)which they don't even deserve ...they don't listen to what customer wants. . Their tailor doesn't know anything about measurements. He stitches as per his own without considering what customer measurements are. Seriously go to ur local tailors and don't spend thousands here.. .Save ur money n time. Just not worth it.

Never never go to this tailor… that Marathi female and the old uncle are extremely rude and unprofessional
That female thinks she knows everything about fashion…I told her I will give you one blouse at a time…stitch and give me properly and then will give you other…she denied stating that she will take all blouses together just to make money and ensure she gets money for all 4 blouses…
She never thought I will back out and take back all the 4 blouses and she will lose the entire business…
Just behind money no time to listen to requirement…and just show off that we are so very busy

I gave my engagement blouse to get stitch from Arvind tailor,but this people are so care less ,they never heard customer requirement properly,I had asked them to take V neck for my blouse , despite of mentioning requirements they give round neck ,also the stitching was not proper.And they are not ready to admit their mistakes.I waste my money 2000 blouse material + 1000 lace cost+ 1650 stitching charges 😭.I wont recommend them to anybody.
