Absolutely top notch customer service. I know I am an extremely picky customer, and the time and patience that both Francis and Sebastian had with me was amazing and much appreciated. I have stitched many suits there before, and got 4 more suits made. They were able to tailor it to my needs (slim fit, narrow pant bottoms, indo-western style blazer, piping on lapels), and were very thorough with the trial fittings. They will make sure you are 100% satisfied, and will settle for nothing short of perfection.

Great cut, fitting and stitching, and then the unmatched after sales service. Always courteous and caring.
I don't wear readymade clothes except for branded jeans, and have had my clothes stitched/ tailored by them.
Proud to say the clothes in my wardrobe have the S S Dias label.
Used to live in Bandra, shifted to Colaba over 20 years ago. It's still S S Dias and Francis, I always go to...
My wife too is very happy with them for her western outfits (trousers, jackets, suits and shirts).

Worst experience. They agreed to shorten the arm length of my new sports jacket and then made their own modifications to it and finally spoilt it. I realised later that they don't know what a sports jacket is. Instead of rectifying they tried convincing me that it looks just fine. I It's showed it to another guy later and he said nothing can be done, it's spoilt forever now...

This guy is undoubtedly the most obnoxious person in the whole of Bandra. Gave him four simple shirts to stitch, and he made a complete mess of it. Buttons falling out, a big blue stain (on a white shirt) and most importantly, totally ill-fitting shirts. When I tried to explain to him what needed to be modified, he refused to listen and kept yelling at me. Do yourself a favor, go somewhere else.
