I had an excellent experience with Raymond Made to Measure. A special thanks to Master Rahil and our sales representative Abrar for their outstanding service and professionalism throughout the process. From the initial consultation to the final fitting, Abrar was incredibly attentive, knowledgeable, and helpful in guiding me through the fabric and customization options. Master Rahil's craftsmanship is truly exceptional—the fit of the suit is perfect, the finishing is impeccable, and every detail has been executed with remarkable precision. What impressed me the most was the combination of quality and efficiency. Despite the high level of customization, the suit was delivered on time without compromising on craftsmanship. The final product looks elegant, feels luxurious, and is something I know I'll enjoy wearing for years to come. A truly premium made-to-measure experience. Had a fantastic experience at the Raymond Turner Road store in Bandra while shopping for my wedding suit. The entire process felt smooth, but what truly stood out was Rahil’s personalized service. He took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for, offered thoughtful suggestions, and paid close attention to every little detail — from fabric selection to fit and finishing touches. Rahil made sure the suit felt truly custom and perfect for such an important occasion. His patience, professionalism, and eye for detail made all the difference. I’d highly recommend visiting this store, and if you can, ask for Rahil — you’ll be in excellent hands!

I’m editing my earlier review here because this episode needs to be recounted. Around January 11, I went to this Raymond store to tailor a suit. We chose the fabric, gave measurements etc. and left. I told them I need the suit max by the 22nd and they assured me that it’ll be done by 19th. It wasn’t. And they called me for the first fitting on 25th or 26th. On that first fitting, the suit was very poorly made, with none of my specifications. I had made it clear from the start that I want a slim fit suit. Instead, Raymond made a straight fit thing that looked boxy. I didn’t argue much, just said it needs to be changed and they tool their measurements. I had noticed during my first day here that they seem to argue and discount anything I said I want. I ignored it, considering Raymond’s history. Anyhoo, I asked them to get my suit done asap and Abrar, who was the salesman, said sir just two days. Don’t worry. When did they call? A good week later. Two days became 5 days and I missed the first occasion I was going to wear the suit to. My second fitting was done on the 1st of Feb. When I went, the pants fit perfectly, but we realized that they weren’t the pants we originally ordered. When we told them, they first said no it’s correct, but after checking their data they realized that they were giving someone else’s pants to me. My original ones hadn’t been touched. I still ignored it. But I requested for the pants to be done the next day, exactly as the other ones were. They promised to do so. On Feb 2, we went again and the pants hadn’t been done. This is where we lost it and said we don’t want this suit. Raymond claimed things had been done and they could do nothing. Mind you, I met different tailors and store folks on these three visits. Abrar wasn’t even in the store on this third visit and didn’t answer the phone despite multiple calls. The others at the store told me that they couldn’t do anything because “their processes were met” and apparently I was at fault. On this third visit, the store folks actually ignored me and tended to another customer even as I stood their complaining. When I walked out of the store, they legit were like you do you. Anyhoo, a lot of altercations ensued. Abrar called me and suggested first that I wear the ill fitting suit to my second occasion or just the jacket, and he’ll alter pants later. I refused and asked for a refund. I was told to give measurements again and he will call me back on refund. That call, OF COURSE, never came. They said they’ll get it done the next day. At this point, Abrar called me again and said this is a straight fit suit, which is why I feel this way. I was also told I’m wearing the pants at the wrong spot and that’s why it’s looking bad. Basically, it was all my fault. I asked them why a straight fit suit and pants were made in the first place. No answer. Feb 4, I went and tried the pants again. They had tapered it more, but you can’t really make this stuff look right. For all this, Raymond offered empty apologies. No recourse for me, nothing. I left the store with a Rs. 40000 suit that I will legit never wear. It’s the worst experience I have ever had with a brand. And my advice to anyone is to NEVER go to this Raymond store. I forgot one thing: After the first fitting they had the audacity to have me write a Google review. I did, and that’s the review I have now edited, because this store is just a FRAUD. I’m sure all the reviews they have are likely manufactured. I met three different tailors in three different visits. The salesman who sold me the suit wasn’t present in two of four visits. I was told again and again that I am wrong about how I think the suit looks on me. At one point, they even told me this happens often with suits. Heck, on the 3rd Feb fitting, Abrar also had the audacity to tell me I’m just angry and venting. Throughout, Raymond’s attitude was quintessentially of a brand that doesn’t care. Their attitude was essentially ‘you have paid me, do what you want now’.
