Since it is Raymond shop they have maintained their clothes quality. I tried their new service of getting stiched T shirts. Which is found interesting as material was better than what we get from other branded shop.
Billing is big issue their one has to wait between 15 to 25 minutes to settle invoice and check out of the shop. They first collect money than start preparing invoice. Normally first you get the invoice than make payment.

Absolutely appalled at the level of miscommunication. This store does not actually do customized fitting but instead sells fabric and makes them as per some predefined standard. Hoping you fit into it, you'd be lucky to discover this as nobody would tell you that.
Pathetic communication, worst understanding of customer needs. Please be very careful about your time and money to be spent here.

Very poor experience so far for one of the costliest suits made. Have been to the shop thrice, photographed same number of times but to no avail. the final product especially the Jacket leaves a lot to be desired. The other thing I realised later is that you do not get to see the full suite length so as to get the feel and expected look and comfort. you decide basis a small sample in the glossy folder !! This, I should have realised earlier. All in all would go back to the normal Raymond's shops or the other tailors. Definitely not worth the spend and the time it takes !!!

Absolutely terrible fitting especially with pants , despite calling them and telling them multiple times about the length and width , they completely got it wrong , the fact that I live abroad and had no way to alter it through them made it all the more worse ( all of which I had told them before hand)
