Their retail outlet makes promises their tailoring shop cannot meet. Bought cloth on the promise of the retail store that it would be tailored urgently within 2 days. Tailoring shop said they cannot touch the order for a month because of Eid preparations after I Ubered there after confirming on the phone leaving me scrambling to find another tailor. And this after we had ordered 15 sherwanis from them a year ago for my brother’s wedding. Complete waste of time. Owner refused to even apologize.

Got coat stitch from them....fits like a dream...they call you there for trial with pre stitching coat...they took care of every small detail mention to them...go during the noon time...as evening its very crowded...met manoj bhai there...he will help you with everything...

Explain 10 times still they don't get your fittings inspite giving your existing pant and measurements.
