Stiching is good but costly charging Rs. 1000 per lining chuditar. The attitude of sales woman in iyer bungalow branch is very worst. She promised to give my stitched chudi within one week. I.e. today. When asked in the afternoon, she said that she will give in the evening. I enquired about closing time & said if I could come ill come or I'll come tomorrow & asked about Sunday timings. When I went by 7pm, she started shouting at me loudly that I should come tomorrow only. When I said it's my wish I can come anytime after the promised date according to my appointments. She yelled I should not come as per my wish. Such a worst experience as a customer. She said I should get it in chinna chokkikulam branch when I gave my material in iyer bungalow branch last Saturday. She was yelling at me till I left. I left without collecting my chuditar..

I was not satisfied with the service provided. I had opted for my wedding lehangha stitching at this shop. The stiching was good in the skirt. But for the blouse I mentioned the hand length should be till my elbow instead they made it as a 3/4th, but they blamed me that I was the one who wanted a 3/4th hand and they showed the note where they had noted it down. I clearly remember the model I mentioned and also while taking measurements she didnt note down all the measures
My main drawback was that they were not at all ready to alter the hand and fix the mistake saying that the blouse has stones in it. I mean, seriously a tailor shop should be ready to accept any kind of dress. Since they couldnt stitch a dress with stones(its for my wedding, obviously it would have stones) they made an assumption for my hand and blamed it on me.
Please dont accept the dress if you cannot stitch its material.
The staffs and owner are friendly but any kind of suggetions or likings that we give are straight to face rejected. Whatever they have in mind is the one they are stuffing to us
Right now the same blouse which they mentioned it cant be altered because of stones is now altered with my small tailoring machine at my home without damaging the dress and the machine.
Be ready to accept the mistakes and try to fix it.

Perfect stitching,customer satisfaction also talented and good tailors, always make me run to their shop even though I have seen many other boutiques and tailors . It's a 12 year relationship as a customer with them, and,it's still stayed the same. I recommend this shop for those who are looking for perfect cuts, stitches and beautiful embroidery.I as a customer hope for their business to bloom.

For stitching and perfection I would give 5 star. But the price is way too too high. There are many shops in madurai that gives you the best stitching with moderate price. With very minimal aari work they charge more than 7500 as a basic price. For each and every enhancement like pipeing, knot at back they charge 150 each which is very very costly compared to many other best tailoring shops in madurai. Only two blouses you can give as a rule for stitching. They will not get one blouse alone.everyone cannot purchase another one blouse for this reason.never have heard of these rules in any other best tailoring shop even in Bangalore or Coimbatore I have seen.

My hometown is Coimbatore and now I am working as a teacher in Madurai for 15 years.I love to wear sarees and blouses too and I have been sew in all high class tailors in Madurai. did not get anywhere properly and my money waste.I went to Clasic Tailoring through a friend of mine and they first asked my opinion. Then they took the measurements and stitched me blouses as per my body shape and told me that it would be fine if they sewed them in this way.
the money I paid was not wasted.First of all I would like to thank my friend….🥰🥰🥰I personally say that if you want quality then you have to pay for it.

I am so happy with the clothes I had made and altered at Clasic! I have had bad experiences at other tailors so I was nervous, but Clasic is incredibly experienced and professional. They made suggestions about small details that I never would have thought to ask for. I only wish we had such talented tailors in the US. Very highly recommended!
