Got wedding blouse done here. Had agreed to do alterations if fit was not good. After trying , I did write to inform this and the owner of the business was supposed to get back. Waited over 10 days and received no response.

I stitched my Salwar. The stitching and fitting were so detailed and perfect. Due to time or location restrictions l was hardly able to let them know in person about the designs or measurements. But from my first experience itself l was surprised to see how awesome they are! With minimum details that l gave in terms of design or measurements, Archana and her team perfectly figured out my requirements. I am more than happy with their service. I get to know them from a boutique I purchased my saree . They stitched my kids dress and my blouse which was good. Impressed me gave my kids pavadai top to do work and my blouse material in June. She said she can start only after July. Long story short it’s October and still my material is not touched, whenever we called she came up with different lie. Finally got fed up and took our material. My conclusion is lying doesn’t help and if not giving even after we waiting this long seems like cheating. Or customer with big order (money) for bridal blouse gets preference!! Disappointed!

Response from the owner for client's review shows her arrogance and bad attitude towards customers. In business customer is king. This not the way to reply to complaint raised by a customer. Have to take criticism to improve your business. If I was a customer of her, I only need a simple reply " sorry, it will not happen again." Instead she wrote a big message justifying her that she was not wrong. If she does not change her attitude, sorry I will not recommend her.

I had given a chudidaar for stitching and when there was an alteration she was really not accepting it and was showing a very bad attitude
I strongly feel that she should learn to accept criticism from clients and respond them with respect
She did not accept my alteration and she told that she was not interested in taking my orders anymore
She should learn to deal with customers with more dignity and patience
I strongly do not recommend her for her attitude

Off course we are always open to make feasible and logical corrections or amendment from what clients have ordered, adding on top of that mostly we don’t charge for the corrections even if clients have forgotten to mention or missed something..

Embellish works for every client with outmost respect on business no matter the quantity or amount they pay
In this particular case, you have given a normal model salwar to copy and it was delivered to you a month ago but suddenly today you visited us and shown a different ankle length salwar model and asked for alteration, this is completely an indecent move from your side but shop clearly informed your mistake which you can’t digest and so you’re making false accusation on attitudes etc..etc.. on public forum..
So we completely deny your accusations which has no ethical background…
Everyone know how challenging is to run a successful business in these days bcoz of our clients and their support we are with our heads up, so your false accusations will never harm us or our clients !! Thank u so much
