Went to the store to try tuxedos for my sister’s wedding. Initially, the staff was polite and let me try as I was comfortable. But when the owner, Siddharth, came in, his approach was extremely unprofessional. Instead of guiding politely, he remarked that trying the tux without their shirt and trousers was like wearing a “fancy dress.” This was unnecessary, condescending, and completely ruined the experience. As a customer, I expect respect first — no matter how I choose to try an outfit. Would not recommend dealing with someone who doesn’t value basic courtesy.

we tend to use certain words to break the ice and keep the conversation lighter and casual while at the back end working on our process of creating something extra ordinary for every client - nothing beyond, truly, NOTHING BEYOND.
use of phrase "fancy dress" on seeing you trying a black tuxedo with white cargos, came out instinctively and while the conversation was incomplete and i did not get a chance to interact with you since i was on a call parallely and before i realised, you were gone too soon.
we regret the perception of the words which turned offensive; i request you to come back and have a fresh experience and promise that once you deal with us, you'll realise the gravity of these phrases or words used which were never meant to be personal & assure that you leave with smile on your face and our personna in your heart.

Pants length was supposed to be increased by adding cloth on the bottom but were specifically told not to reduce the border width but instead of adding same cloth they just reduced the border width on bottom 👎

I met Sidharth Kakkar ji at his Jalandhar outlet in 2019 during my wedding..I must say he is very professional and has a great sense of style..I had very less time,merely 15 days to go for my wedding and he took just around 45 minutes to make my finalize all my 6 wedding attires..he is prompt and the best part is that he himself devotes time to his clients not like other designers who have hired other staff members to help the clients.all my dresses were delivered in 10 days with perfect fit..moreover,i got countless compliments for my sherwani and all the other dresses.His collection is different and totally customisable.he himself as a person is very calm,composed and focused on delivering the best..
