My friend told me about ROOPAZ she appreciate them a lot at that time I didn’t believe in her but now am writing this review to tell that my friend was 100% right . The experience I had with ROOPAZ is amazing . My order was on time but due to weather problem no one able to pick from Ludhiana but I feel shocked that when owner of business told me that you will get ur product at home by morning . Next day was my flight and I was worried a lot but in early morning around 7.30 am the owner of roopaz was at my home and I feel shocked how could they get this much seriously about my 2 suits only . It makes me realise that these people are really best . What they said they fulfil that . We had morning tea together and discussed few things and it was a feeling that we know each other’s from long time it was like family feeing and the way of communication of Owner was so perfect and it’ showed that they are so polite helpful and caring for their clients. This is my first order on roopaz and am so glad that their services are so perfect and products are 100 persent as we ordered . So am sharing my experience with you so you know more batter about ROOPAZ.

Try to order some suits but you be lucky if they reply you like winning a war,when finally we got success to order 3outfits they gave us the same price for 2 of them where one had a plain duptta and light work on the arm &just front ghera where other's duptta had ull embroidery and shirt had lot more work on ghera neck and sleeve but we didn't say anything because normally they have very well prepared for every question instead of except that they made a mistake and they always made it on last minute doesn't matter how much notice they get they make you stress, than I try ordering some more suits send the design try calling them again after few attempts they reply we discussed everything but after that nothing at all for a long time and than they text me asking when do I need my suits by that time the function was even over,we can order from someone else it's not hard now but I would like to give everyone atleast 3 chance but if they still don't learn than better to move on.
