Absolutely terrible experience! The staff here is completely unprofessional. They don't respect customers at all. My outfits weren't delivered on time, and even after revisiting the shop a couple of times, things were still not ready. The staff was rude, talking harshly not just to me but to other customers as well. I even saw people arguing because their orders were delayed too. This place clearly doesn't care about its customers. I strongly recommend everyone not to go here, total waste of time and money!

Drove all the way from Kaithal after seeing their Instagram and expecting good service. What followed was extremely disappointing. We were barely given any time
before the staff member walked away mid-conversation to attend another customer — no explanation, no apology, no basic manners.
We were not even asked what we were looking for, despite planning to buy 5–6 outfits. The service was so poor that we had to leave the store without being attended at all.
This place clearly focuses more on social media hype than on real customers. Very unprofessional experience. Do not visit with high expectations. 👎🏼

Very poor customer service however their stitch is good but the staff is very arrogant, and the owner was also rude in behavior. Definitely not a pleasant experience.

Worst service ever he doesn’t even bother to pick call. So proud of his work that he doesn’t bother to get new clients very bad experience. I understand he is busy but i almost waited for a week before posting this review
