Friends please don't trust this and don't order. I have paid total Rs13773/- including stitching charges for shirts on 10 th of March and 20th of March . Initially they have informed due to Ramadan rush it was taking long time. From then onwards they kept on postponing things. They don't answer the calls. If they answer they will say numerous stories . Till now neither fabric delivered nor refund done. They are not attending the calls. Very unprofessional. I'm going to lodge a police complaint for defrauding me. Please Stay away. @MensMartin.. when are going to refund the money..
I will post entire ordeal along with screen shots shortly ,, so that you will come to know ,, what is waiting for you once you place the order and pay the money. That is when real frustration kicks in for you..

On 30 th of April they have sent me one tracking number saying they have dispatched the fabrics and I can track them. When requested them to share the photo of fabrics.. they have shared one photo , where in those fabrics in the photo are not ordered by me. This another trick to buy more time by the seller.
After that till now no update. @Mens Martin.. your are neither sending fabrics nor returning the money.. please tell me what you call this.. IF NOT FRAUD.
I sincerely request you in the open forum to return the money immediately.
The attached is the latest status of the courier , they have not yet handed over the package.

Such a great service. I really believe they are taking money from so many customers with out shipping the consignment. They might be earning lot of interest from the money they pooled from innocent online customers. I think this is their original business.

Is shop par 2 nihayati badtameez aur jhoothe log hain - Nadeem and Yasir. Inse deal kiya aapne toh aapka koi bhi timeline kabhi match nahi karega.
Humne 3pc suit silne ko diya, promised timeline 10 din ka. Humne 7th din pe call karke yaad dilaya, Nadeem ne promise kiya ki sir ready hojayega. Hum 80kms door se jab 11th din pe pohche, toh Nadeem sahabzade bade Asaani se bhool gaye ki humari kuch baat hui thi. Humara suit in logo ne touch bhi nahi kiya tha. Raat me humari flight thi isliye Hum agle din ka wait bhi nahi kar sakte they. Nadeem ne 150 jhooth bole honge ki pant ready hai jacket ban raha hai etc. Humne guarantee ke liye unke shop se ek suit apne paas rakh liya toh Yasir aake humse aur humari Ammi se badtameezi ki. Photos attached, gaadi ke aage peeche apni bikes handle lock karke lagadi jaise Hum chor hain. Humara suit inse bana nahi, aur ulta humse hi badtameezi.
Poore 7 ghante, car me wait karwane ke baad, suit banaya wo bhi bilkul tight. Ye haalat hai is dukaan ki. Teeno master bade hi ache log hain, lekin jo naam Mens martin ne itne saalo se kamaya hai, Nadeem aur Yasir duba rahe hain.

Visited on 3 march around 4 pm for kurta. The staff at shop were least interested in attending customer. No interaction not even took the pain to ask what u want. Felt humiliated and left thereafter.

I gave my size for kurta stitching with shawl on 30th august and they told me to give delivery on 20th september
But they failed to deliver
After multiple unanswered call
I visited there they told me they will provide me on 27th sep, i requested them i have to wear it on 30th sep so don't late it
Then i called them on 26th to ensure the delivery then they told me they will not be able to provide the shawl so after lot of frustration i asked my money back and asked them if u have prepared the kurta only then share me the image of kurta
तब बस बहाने बनाने लगे कि भाई अभी वो कारखाने में है आयेगा तो भेज देंगे
And they refunded my money with lot of time wastage

Very disappointed with Men’s Martin Tailor. They never deliver clothes on the promised date and don’t even bother to inform you that your clothes aren’t ready. Every time, they give false assurances and delay further. It also seems like the tailor doesn’t even look at the measurements properly — the fittings are completely off. And when you ask for corrections, they just rush through it in a “kaam chalau” way instead of fixing it properly. Definitely not reliable if you’re expecting timely delivery or good fitting.

I had an extremely disappointing experience. The stitching was done far too tightly, and no margin was left for any adjustments. This was especially frustrating because fabric shortage was not an issue—as one of the store representatives had assured me at the time of dropping off the material that there was enough to make both a kurta and a jacket. Despite this, the kurta was ruined. I also attempted to reach out to share my concerns, but my call was not answered. This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable. I will not be visiting again and cannot recommend their services to anyone.

AVOID THIS TAILOR AT ALL COSTS! This has been the single worst experience I've ever had with any service provider, tailor or otherwise. If I could give zero stars, I would. I needed a suit altered for a crucial event, and this establishment not only failed miserably but also treated me with utter disrespect.
First, the promised turnaround time was a blatant lie. I was told it would be ready in a week. A WEEK! That already felt tight, but I trusted their word. Fast forward ten days later, and after multiple unanswered calls, I finally managed to reach someone. The response? A rude, dismissive "It's not ready yet. We'll call you." No apology, no explanation, just pure rudeness.
When I finally received the suit (a full TWO WEEKS late, mind you!), the alterations were subpar. The stitching was uneven, and the fit was still off. It was clear they'd rushed the job at the last minute, probably because they knew they were so far behind schedule. And to add insult to injury, the staff member I dealt with when I picked it up was incredibly condescending. When I dared to express my dissatisfaction, I was met with eye-rolls and a dismissive shrug. Apparently, my concerns were of no consequence.
This tailor's shop is a disaster. Their communication is appalling, their service is shockingly slow, and their staff are unbelievably rude. Do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere. You'll save yourself time, money, and a whole lot of frustration. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. Seriously, find another tailor. ANY other tailor. You'll thank me later.

Worst tailoring ever for their women’s department. I’m writing this here because I couldn’t find a women’s Martin Tailor (Mahanagar) section for reviews. I asked them to make three lehengas, three blouses. After repeated requests to make the lehengas and blouses fully finished and with proper finishing, they gave me such ill fitted lehengas with the worst stitching ever. The fitting was absurd and the stitching was done as if one could tell that the lehenga was stitched in 15 minutes. There was no finishing whatsoever. After multiple request to finish the lehengas properly, they could not manage to improve the quality and also charged us the full amount for the lehengas. Even the delivery of the blouses was delayed for which I clearly mentioned that we have a tight deadline. Worst tailoring ever, would never recommend anyone to get ladies stitching done with them.
