Unfortunately, I had a disappointing experience with Bombayfab. The stitching quality was poor, and when I raised concerns, they dismissed them as minor issues. They also failed to deliver my suit on the promised date, despite being informed that it was needed for a specific event.
What was most disappointing was the customer service. When I followed up about the delay, Shop Owner Imran responded rudely and simply stated that the tailor was unavailable. I expected better communication and professionalism. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this shop.

Not a pleasant experience. The owner’s attitude was completely uncalled for. While the initial behavior was welcoming, the entire scenario changed the moment payment was made; after they had my money, I was completely ignored.
There are far better shops in the area with better collections and much more professional service. Please explore those instead. DO NOT WASTE YOUR HARD-EARNED MONEY HERE.

बहुत ही दुखद और बेकार अनुभव था । मालिक का रवैया पूरी तरह से घमंडी और अनावश्यक था। फिटिंग के नाम फिटिंग के नाम पर दुकान के चार बार चक्कर लगाना, कस्टमर की बात को पूरी तरह से इग्नोर मालिक और उनके स्टाफ को बहुत अच्छी तहर से आता है फोन पर बात करना बिना पूरी बात सुने फोन काट देना शॉप ओनर को बहुत अच्छी तरीके से आता है
बेहतर संग्रह और बहुत अधिक पेशेवर सेवा के साथ क्षेत्र में कहीं बेहतर दुकानें हैं। इसके बजाय कृपया उनका पता लगाएं। अपना मेहनत से अर्जित पैसा यहाँ बर्बाद न करें।

Firstly they behave like you are their priority but after payment when u come for the delivery oh my God whole scenario is changed..... I just waited for a long time to receive my product ..... they where just ignore us and and bust to new customers those who are come first in there shop.
After 3 hours wait my product completely ruined and unprofessional trailor.totally wast of money.first and last experience 😡😡😡😡😡
At the time of purchase they agree to your requirements but at the time of delivery they behaviour are different unprofessional employees!
