Product theek ho jana alag baat hai, lekin customer ke saath disrespectful behaviour bilkul acceptable nahi hai. Dulha Ghar (Phoenix Mall Lucknow ke samne) me ladies owner ka attitude shocking tha.
Concern raise karne par solution dene ke bajaye argument aur rude tone use ki gayi. Aise behaviour ke saath koi bhi brand long term me trust lose karega.
Strongly suggest management ko apne customer dealing par kaam karna chahiye.

बहुत ही घटिया और बेकार कपड़े हैं यहां के थोड़ा सा सस्ते के चक्कर में यहां से कपड़े लेकर अपने घरेलू और अन्य पार्टियों का अपना मज़ा खराब ना करें मैंने अपनी बहन की तिलक के लिए यहां से कुर्ता पायजामा सदरी का सेट लिया था उत्सव शुरू होने से सदरी के बटन टूटना शुरू हुए और 20 मिनट के अंदर सारे बटन टूट गए और मुझे परेशान होकर सदरी उतार के रखनी पड़ी आप खुद समझ सकते हैं समारोह में ऐसा हो जाए तो कितना शर्मनाक होता है इतने के बाद जब मैंने दूल्हा घर से इस बात की शिकायत की तो इन्होंने कहा sir ले आइए बटन लगवा देते हैं मैंने इनसे कहा कि कायदे से तो इसे आपको वापस लेलेना चाहिए क्योंकि मेरा समारोह तो आपके वजह से खराब हो गया तो इन्होंने वापस लेने से साफ साफ मना कर दिया कोई भी ऐसे कपड़े रोज पहनने के लिए नही लेता है और जिस दिन पहनने के लिए लेता है वो दिन ऐसे घटिया क्वालिटी के कपड़ों की वजह से खराब हो जाए तो ऐसा कोई भी नही चाहता अब मेरे लिए वो कपड़े किसी काम के नही हैं और मैंने इनसे सिर्फ सदरी वापस लेने को कहा पर इन्हें वो भी स्वीकार nhi था हमारी तो थी सलाह है की सिलवाने में और ऐसी घटिया क्वालिटी के कपड़ों में हजार डेढ़ हजार का फर्क होता है तो कृपया सिलवाने को चुने क्योंकि काम से काम उसमें आपको समारोह के बीच में शर्मिंदा nhi होना पड़ेगा बाकी सब समझदार हैं तो सोच समझ के इन्वेस्ट करें अपने समारोह से संबंधित कपड़ों में मैं तो सूट भी यहीं से लेने वाला था परंतु अब नही दुबारा से ऐसी इस्थित का सामना हमे नही करना धन्यवाद

The behavior of few staff was not good.
The staff was trying to give old and torn pajama along with sherwani.
When asking to show few pieces, bluntly asked if you want to purchase. If I am coming to shop to check, then definitely would like to purchase.
Even after buying when I went back to pick up, he tried to give the piece without doing the final finish.
When asked then he told that finish is pending.
