Absolutely unacceptable and extremely unprofessional experience.
I flew from Canada for my wedding and had very limited time for preparations. Months in advance, we contacted this store specifically to confirm whether they could customize my blouses within a short timeline. They assured us that it would be done with additional cost which is the only reason we trusted them and decided to proceed.
When we finally went to the store to provide measurements, they completely went back on their word. Instead, we were told that their tailors were away due to holidays, Holi, and other excuses. Suddenly they claimed they never promised the timeline in the first place.
My wedding is now just 7 days away, and because of their false assurances and lack of accountability, I have been left scrambling to find last-minute alternatives for my wedding events.
This level of dishonesty and poor communication is unacceptable, especially when customers are planning important life events like weddings. If they knew they couldn’t deliver within the promised timeframe, they should have been upfront instead of misleading us and wasting valuable time.
I would strongly caution future customers: do not rely on verbal assurances from this store. Make sure you get everything documented, or you may find yourself in the same stressful situation we are now dealing with.

The tailoring shop is really bad. They do very poor work and deliberately do it badly, so that customers have to come back again and they can charge ₹200 each time for alter.

Extremely arrogant and discourteos staff. So many times they changed the matching sari fall I gave and put a mismatched one of their choice. I have moved on to a new and better tailoring shop

Extremely bad, casual and careless behavior of the owner and the staffs who take mesurement, sale fabric. Highly arrogant attitude. They think that their shop is 18 years old and they don't feel the need of changing their behavior.

The stitching and fittings of this shop is recommendable but the service and behaviour of the staffs specially the male one is very very bad... These people don't know how to deal with a customer... They behave like they favour us with no cost by stitching our clothes....

The staff who take the measurements is very bad other then taking measurements they have other interest of doing pmpc the owner is also bother less regarding there staff behavior they can ruin for costly material and will charge u a hefty amount for nothing .think before giving ur product.....liers

Love their tailoring...only hitch is they only accept cash...in this era of digital platforms it's a little bit hard to digest...other than that their skills are really above par...trust me, I had such a difficult time before them to get fitted blouses but now their tailored blouses fit me like a glove.. highly recommended

Worst tailor ever. Very un professional staffs who do not accept their faults, argue with customers. Owner is indifferent. Wasted a lot of money on expensive blouse making recently which were ruined by them. This is probably amongst the very few female tailor who does not know the art of tailoring. 3rd time bitter experience. I will move on now.

The most unprofessional tailor shop around. They will charge you a fortune as making charge and not just hand you back ill fittings blouses but wrong ones (in my case, two sizes lesser than my measurement) despite personally going and giving them my measurements. The staffs and owners are so insolent that on complaining, they would not even care to apologize and only behave as if it is a favour they are rendering to you while accepting the garment to make amends. This place is a total waste of time and money for sure
