I purchased one linen fabric from south city mall shopping centre kolkata few months back,but the colour of the linen faded very abnormally today by chance i came to show it to the staff they didn't behave well and attend the issue.

Bad. No one from store called & intimated me that stitching of 2 trousers have been done! Irresponsible indeed. Once I called they said it’s ready. Stitched trousers were supposed to handed over on 4th Nov., today is 24th Nov.

However, my call got disconnected, likely due to network issues. Pathetic customer service. Staffs are extremely impolite. They ask for additional charges for alteration of their own brand clothing. They say it’s a franchise store and hence everything is chargeable. I have never faced such thing in any of the brand ever.
