The lady sitting here does not know how to talk to customers , is super rude. Does not value customers time at all . Not recommended for anyone . Pathetic behaviour.If there was an option for zero , I would have given zero stars. The lady or owner who sits there was super insulting and demeaning. Not sure how they are running since years with this pathetic behaviour.

This is definitely not the experience that we want our customers to experience. We have been offering great customized service since years and that is how we are in business for years. We strive to offer the best customized products with guaranteed excellence and quality rather than one-time discounts for paid reviews which definitely differs from some of our competitors in vicinity. 🙂

Worst tailor Shop !! Owner's behaviour was so rude and dry . They weren't very welcoming type people , and they are very Belligerent . I won't recomend this tailor .

Bad service and horrible behaviour. Owner verbally abuses customer. Tailoring service is horrible. It's a waste of money. Not recommened.

Worst experience,,never go this shop,,owners behaviour was so rude as because I cancelled my order .I haven't paid them ,but when I went there to cancel my order the owner was so rude and saying you have to pay me 200 rs for wasting my time and bill paper,,she was saying that we can't cancel your order if you don't pay me 200 rs and won't give your blouse piece,,this incident happened today only,,ridiculous seriously,,please it is my high recommendation don't go there to make anything,,they are just taking a huge amount of money from everyone .

We understand your concern but we are a business and most businesses charge a cancellation fee for their time and effort. It's just that while cancelling order with big brands we don't consider the cancellation fees or even don't cancel because of the fees. We urge our valued customers to encourage small businesses like us. No matter how small a business we still have our values and policies in place as we are still running a business.
