They are completely unprofessional. Even after taking 1 month of time they have not completed my lehenga blouse and the most worst part they lost the inner cloth of the blouse. Now they are not able to stitch it. Now I am clueless what to wear in my wedding reception.

Currently they are having the worst service and fittings, we had given them ample time and multiple instructions,despite that their Master Tailor is useless and did blunder on each and every blouse and kurtis.
Moreover when we showed up on the delivery date, they made false statements and we waited for more than an hour for our delivery items.
Since their Master Tailor has changed, they are not keeping up with their commitments and you will feel helpless after paying such high charges for tailoring.
Won't Recommend to anyone!!!
This lady has the audacity to comment all nonsense things in our reviews but pity that she don't have even a 1% control on her staffs.

Absolutely pathetic service.
Despite charging a hefty amount, this tailor showed zero professionalism. I gave a clear design reference for my bridal blouse, which I even send them in WhatsApp, yet they completely butchered the design and stitched something entirely different. The measurements are a disaster—taken one way, delivered another.
The worst part? This is my bridal blouse and my wedding is in just 10 days. Their carelessness has left me without my blouse at the most critical time, causing unnecessary stress and panic.
Overpriced, irresponsible, and utterly unreliable. Do not trust them with your work.

The service is very bad, the day the delivery date is...even if I go after 10 days, I will not get the delivery, in fact the same work which was not done in 10 days, the staff makes me wait there and does that work. They are not professional at all.

It was my first time I had ordered a blouse.
Tajim and chand masterji did an amazing job.
If you see the pictures, the finish of the product is so fine. They all are raw pictures. (Nothing photoshopped)
Coming from Mumbai where designer blouses are a norm, I was skpetical if they would be able to make it as per my requirement.
But they exceeded my expectations.
Too happy with my blouse.

I am using their service from past 2-3 years for stitching blouses, kurtas, saree fall & pico, alternation. Raju (for kurtas) & another Bhaiya (for blouses) both are well spoken. Sometimes there are fitting issues but they rectify later. Recently, I needed an urgent stitching and the lady who sits near the reception made sure that I receive the blouse within 5-6 days (I paid extra for urgency). Hope the owner retains her. Overall they are good 👍🏻.

WORST EXPERIENCE
My wife ordered blouses for two silk saree blouse pieces.
They would not accept sample blouse.
Instead they preferred measurements which they took.
After delivery, we were shell shocked 😧. The blouses they prepared were an absolute mess and the finished product is nowhere near which was ordered.
To our amazement and agony,those blouses were much smaller as if there were dearth of clothes but those blouse pieces were standard ones.Those have become scrap.HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE INDEED.
So we were perplexed where these cloth were gone.
After all this, friends, it's upto you to decide whether to go to this shop or not.

The most overrated tailoring shop of Newtown. The rates are sky high and the performance is deep below sea level..The owner has hired a bunch of tailors who don’t have the basic skill or training even to do an alteration, so forget about sewing salwar suit, blouses etc.
Apart from that, they will make you come again and again for one petty alteration work, that too at high price..
People at the shop have no communication amongst themselves and it’s utter chaos which goes on, making the customers suffer..
I think they have opened the shop just to practice and sharpen their skills on clothes of Newtown people..
I have vouched not to visit this shop again and have found one nearby and will suggest others to do the same..
Only one thing they are good at till now is putting fall on saree and doing pico

We used to be a regular customer however of late the quality of work and behaviour of the tailor staffs have deteriorated considerably. They make mistakes multiple times even after repeated written and verbal instructions. When you go to their shop to complain and get it corrected, the tailors become very irritated (specially Raju) and they have the audacity to say 'We don't like local customers. Customers who get stitching done and fly off abroad are good for us'. To get a correct stitch, you have to visit them 3-4 times which is not justified for the high rates they charge. When we tell the tailors that we'll inform the owner madam, they promptly reply that she can't do anything and that the shop will close down if they do not work. Hence the owner doesn't have much control on these arrogant foul-mouthed staffs.
