I visited the Glamour Designer Boutique after two years to get a blouse made, and I was quite nervous about how it would turn out. However, I met Srinjana there, who is incredibly sweet and polite. I placed my order with her and I am so happy and impressed! She made a perfectly fitted blouse and customized the design beautifully. I love how it turned out and will definitely be recommending her to everyone! 😊

Big name but worst work. They have just ruined my fabric. They charge quite high for making a dress but in respect to their work absolutely bogus. They have provided cheap lining fabric and that also so short that it's getting rolled up inside. Worst experience. Even local tailoring shops are better than them.

I had a very disappointing experience. The receptionist was incredibly rude. She denied calling me, and when I stated I'd received two calls from the number, she rudely asked why I was shouting. Her unprofessional and dismissive attitude made for a truly unpleasant interaction.Being an old customer I never encountered a call like this before.

Secondly they were squabbling among themselves in the presence of customers. Would recommend other boutiques in South Kolkata.

Please read other reviews too, many people have complained about their poor fittings and it is absolutely true.
The service at the P.A. Shah Road branch was extremely disappointing. Despite multiple attempts, the Salwar suit never fit correctly, and instead of addressing the issue, the boutique staff insisted it was fine. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

The fittings and design is absolutely gorgeous. What I hated was the staffs behaviour. They were suppose to put a lace in my blouse which they clearly forgot. On asking about it they were very rude. The behaviour is very unprofessional and arrogant. I am a customer since 2018, from the last two times I am so pissed with the staffs behaviour that I am considering other options. The designs and fittings are really good but the staffs are so unprofessional that I don't want to go through so much hustle for a blouse.
I am bringing down my rating from 5 to 2.

In the recent times their service has become pathetic. I gave them 5 blouses for stitching and it was the most horrible experience ever. They messed up each and every single design even after sitting with them and explaining them the design and showing them the photos. Their fittings have become very poor and alter designs by themselves. For each and every blouse, I had to visit their store 2-3 times. And even after repeated instructions they completely disregarded and failed to follow what I asked for. Over and above this, they made excuses and argued as to why they couldn’t deliver what was asked for. Before this, I had given them a blouse before Durga Puja 2023, and they messed up my blouse piece by faltering to make the design, then they got their own blouse piece of a cheaper quality and made the blouse for which I had to visit the store nearly 5-6 times and they delivered the blouse after a good 6 months. They were good before but it seems that they are cutting costs and stitch blouses from random tailors. I would only say think twice about giving them your treasured blouse pieces.

I only got good service once.Then after that i went twice with 3 4 blouse which i got during pujas and the fitting was very bad. Then i gave one blouse which i had planned to wear on my daughters rice ceremony which was supposed to be delivered on 4th and the trial was on 2nd december. I had told them again and again that the event is on 5th so will they be able to give it before that they said yes. Now just before my event date they called me and said it is not ready and that they will deliver it on the event date.

Weird experience! They damaged both my very costly blouse pieces! Fittings is weird! From February month ghos year they kept blouses for alterations till September n when couldn’t fix it then they said for reimbursement! N to send me the bill of store from where I will purchase the matching bps.. but one of them were muga benarasi n other was tussar ..one is 18k n the other one is 12 k …plus they took 900 /- in advance for one blouse! But when I sent all the bills now the owner Mrs Reema is giving so many excuses! Don’t ever go there! They ll spoil fully!

Since the time I started wearing saree, I always got all blouses stitched from glamour. During my wedding I had endless blouses that needed to be stitched and I had doubts about designs and ideas. Once I reached here Saziya took care of it all. She had such good designs in mind that I had nothing more to think about. Trial, modifications and when I really need somethings urgently , she took care of it. Informed me when ready so that I could come and pick up without wasting time. In course of visiting even discovered the good collection of sarees and shawls they have. It’s been a really good experience and my definitely go to option for all stitching needs.

Also the suit fitting is not at all up to mark anymore. I was devastated by the absurd fitting.Also they kept on delaying the date of trying and delivery.

Complete waste of money. My wedding blouse got completely destroyed.
Even my mother has given order for making few blouses ( with no special design whatsoever), they made mess out of it.
Please don't get swayed away by fancy name, they are one of the worst boutique professionals.

Well, for a designer boutique they make poor designs. They will charge you exorbitant amount of money but will do a poor execution on the blouses. They made me wait for almost a month to deliver, pushed delivery dates and then I found tons of mistakes in the final product. From poor fit to bad cutting to sewing machine oil on blouse, name it all and they will do it. Your local tailor will do a better job than them. One of the 5 blouses that I had given is now utterly useless. So if you have a lot of money and don't know what to do with it, come to Glamour boutique and waste it all.
