Treats customers very badly.They blames customers for their own mistakes. The language they speak to their customers is not that of a polite person. They never admit their mistakes, instead they keep talking nonsense about the customer.

This customer enjoyed free home visit and delivery service and heavy discount along with free alteration. The lady received order without paying and broke decency protocol. I feel bad that after receiving best services, such customers purposely malign genuine service providers for satisfying their wrong motives. There are several other customers of us who gave multiple highly rated positive reviews about our tailoring service and behavioral aspect. So, 1 false negative review cannot malign our reputation.

Rate is quiet high as comparing with other tailors for the same kind of design and dress material but their pick up, delivery facility is amazing which helps to save time. Stitching ok.
I will prefer if their tailor will bring fashion catalogue with them while taking the order.
Only problem is the cost, rest okay

The cost is absolutely fair, cost effective and reasonable compared to quality of stitching and brilliant cutting by tailor master and home services. However, your review is appreciated and physical catalogue will be displayed at pickup time whereas digital catalogue is shared currently. Thanks.

I am really disappointed with their service . I had provided them 2 blouses for stiching. For which every time they charged with pickup & delivery fee + tailor visiting charge.
They had sent tailor 2nd time to pickup new order and previous blouse which they delivered amd fitting was not correct!! They ruined one of my blouse completely after alteration and 2nd blouse fitting also is not correct.The tailor who came to take new order and pick 1st blouse for alterations, she admitted that fitting are not correct! when I informed them about the fault in fitting I have found they started saying their tailor is very confident that they can’t made any mistakes!! Even after Sharing pictures also they are not agreeing!! They stopped answering to my questions when I called they didn’t pick though messaged me ,, with some pic from their and as usual not accepting their faults!! This is really bad .. after charging 1200/1500 rs per blouse if u are not getting proper thing and they are not ready to alter even if they made mistakes!!! Just wastage of money energy!!

This is really disappointing to have such disgraceful customer who even after receiving best possible services was only taking advantage of free alteration service despite getting free service twice practically. For the second blouse also,she was insisting for alteration which could ruin her otherwise perfect blouse. Everytime we listened patiently to her,tried best to satisfy her every grievances but sorry to say that we can't satisfy any unreasonable demand which can spoil our work. We have several satisfied customers. Thanks to them who support us with their good conscience. However,to conclude we never intend to dissatisfy any of our customers intentionally. Our entire team is presently down with viral fever infections, but still we are stretching our limits to provide our promised best services, I would request all to be more reasonable before raising grievances which hampers customer and business relations.

Substandard Switching and Tailoring, hefty charged for tailoring and Hone delivery, The Proprietor doesn't have any ethics,
Also all reviews are posted by her own family and friends and workmen employees.
Don't believe them and don't use their service.

False claim and Fake review by an upcoming competitor in the same line of business. The reviewer herself was an irresponsible customer who was absent during home service with no message left with us. We incurred losses by buying materials for her order, gave her home visit services and returned her order duly at our own cost. We also stitched her blouses at cheapest rate available in market providing home service in remote area in the outskirts of Kolkata. We offered her free alterations more than once to satisfy her or promised money back WHICH IS NOT OFFERED BY ANY BUSINESS. Still she planned and harassed our staff purposely in extreme weather conditions when all services were closed as per WB Govt. directive.
