Today and in previous occasion , the behaviour of two of my sisters here at work appears marvellous. Specially today , mainly their behaviour , promot me to take shari even it is not in front of me, just to honour their behaviour and believe, i faithfully took one costly shari and one one-piece. Good blesses them and the organisation 🙏

The staff are absolutely not interested in assisting customers. They do not take out the clothes or properly display them for customers to see, and they fail to understand customer requirements. Despite the shop being empty, no one makes any effort to show the products.

Behavior is good but feetings of the insta saree blouse is not good. I went to Gariahat showroom and they had taken the measurement. But what I had seen about dress feetings at that time they changed some pattern.

If there could be an option to give 0 star I would give it to them. The staff is not interested to show products and the feeling that I got while looking at those sales women that they judged If you call there design not to your liking. They showed a mustard color saree with a sleeveless blouse for my mother which I liked but they had a very muted mustard jacket to cover the sleeves incase some one feels uncomfortable which is a good idea however my feedback was it should had been the gorgeous mustard jacket rather than Muted mustard, the response I received was “ you may not like , others might “ I mean wow.super professional . I let that slide, after which I saw a section for corporate sarees which I wanted for myself when I asked can you show me some, they responded that it’s all mixed now ,we would have to look and afterwards another sales woman said , we don’t have any. Just because we don’t speak accented Bengali that does not mean we do not have the spending power or money to spare. Horrible service. I am glad I purchased from a different shop a benarasi for mom.
