Gave my material and phone number so they could contact us in any circumstance. The blouse was supposed to be ready in a month, but when we went to collect it, they casually said it couldn’t be made — without even informing us beforehand. The excuse was that the staff who took the order is on leave. Extremely unprofessional and arrogant behaviour. Would not recommend.

Women's tailoring shop..Makes blouses, sarees and related etc. Moderately costly place . Made my dress few times from there and quality of work is moderate to good. Non AC shop and located in the corner of golpark crossing.

I heard about this shop from my colleague.
Regarding the material available whether readymade or fabric is average. One needs to go through the stock in order to find a matching for their saree.
They also have tailoring service. I haven't received the blouses I gave for stitching,so can't comment on that part.
Overall,if you are nearby the location you may just visit once but it's not a must visit places.

It's an extremely overrated place I have ever been. They stitched 10 blouses for my wedding. All were horrible, not according to the measurement they had taken it came smaller in size. Then I asked them for alteration, then it became more shapeless. They just ruined all my wedding blouses. So so so so so so so bad, unprofessional, disgusting, incapable and inferior people and their work. I just can't forgive them.

This is a tailoring shop for ladies,especially for blouses.
Too much of attention/appreciation,in their yesteryears, has helped them in developing a remarkable arrogance & apathy towards customer needs,while not being able to provide enough variety as per demand.The only reason for their survival is their shop location.But ultimately this has also not helped them secure their monopoly nowadays,as they were & have become extravagantly expensive..

I have been stiching my blouses since my university days, even now they don’t disappoint me. Yes customer service is bit slow but if you are looking for a good finished blouse they are good. I make my blouses from Shefali Di there. I am a big fan of their ready made plain blouses too, they fit like a glove.

They absolutely ruined my two blouse that I gave them to stiching.. may be they are good for usual blouses but if you want stylish modern design then they will ruin it for sure 😔

For my daughter 's marriage, we made numerous blouses from Rajneeta. Unfortunately all went wrong ! Measurement and cutting were horrible. Complete wastage of invaluable pure silk cloth and money.

It's been favourite of my mother, favourite of mine. Their readymade blouses are the best fitting ones in town. And of course no complaints on fitting of the ones they customize for you..any design you want they will deliver!

Very bad behaviour of shop owners..They don't have minimum courtesy to speak with customers.Now a days they are making very bad blouses and taking very high price..Very bad experience..Will not recommend at all..

They have good tailors but absolutely horrible customer service. The ladies are terribly rude and are very disrespectful. They are completely unfit to survive in this customer friendly world. I don't think that they are go on like this for long

Cannot take simple measurements properly. Blouse they made was complete ill fitting. Will ask you to come for alteration a hundred time, still cannot get the fitting correct. Not at all recommended.

Worst place. Very ill behaviour showed by the sales woman named Jolly(ironicslly) . Extremely fat phobic people and they hate altering things, Horrible experience, would not recommend it even to my enemy.

Terrible shop. They have elderly women who cannot measure you properly. One of these people took wrong measurement of my blouse... and got them all done so badly i could not even get into these. These were altered twice and even now the blouses are small. And obviously all that expensive cloth is wasted because they dont have enough material now to get them altered.

Extremely bad & unprofessional service. They ruined my wedding lahenga. It looked like i am wearing a pillow cover. I had to go to other tailor to fix it. Horrible experience

Extremely ill mannered staff .. does not know how to behave with customers .. they spoiled my blouses and when asked for alteration , behaved extremely rudely .. laziest bunch of people I have ever seen . Who takes more than a month to stitch a single blouse and that too , with all the wrong design and measurements .. won’t even accept their mistakes .. . will stay away from this bunch of pathetic people

i am a regular customer of this place ...they have done good work but last year puja they had done some mistakes like i gve them two churidar piece but i told them that i want one 3/4 sleeves and another one half sleeve but they done the two pieces half sleeves ...but i think it's a mistake fpr too much rush before durga puja ...but they alsotook order in one month before puja ...so you can give your stuff at the last time also...
