Really great and a premium suiting experience, the staff are extremely polite and very very good listener for your choice and opinions. They are ready to give you as many trials along with big changes as possible till you can get a look you are happy with. Clearly the best suit tailoring experience I've come across with a price that's not very high

I was in the market for my 1st hand made suit for my marriage and came across Keshan Bespoke after some good amount of Google search.
I must say they are best in the market, the experience of getting a hand made suit was made quite enjoyable and learning as well by the professionals of this place. They hold huge experience and will assit in every step right from fabric selection to the final touches.
When I got my suit ready it was spot on with accurate fit and very comfy. I strongly recommend this place if you are looking for a bespoke/semi bespoke suit with wide rage fabrics to choose from.
I look forward to getting few more suits from them 🙂

We apologize for the inconvenience. We strive our utmost to please all our clients. Its clear from your remarks we failed you. However, on checking our records we noticed that since you were unhappy with the fit of the garment, you took it from us as a complementary gift.
We apologise that you have to bear the burden of this free gift.
We further apologise that the MRP of our cloth was clearly mentioned and communicated to you and at the time of making the purchase you willing paid the price mentioned after a discount. Kindly let us know if you were coerced into buying this luxury fabric or if the information about its cost was with held from you.
We further aplogise that we took the liberty to finish the blazer on the basis of the first trial fitting that you had. Had you pointed out the need for a second trial since the first was not up to your expectations, we would have certainly done so.
In this regard it may be noted that on the day of the final product delivery you carried a ready made jacket two decades old and asked us to replicate the fit. When we successfully executed the task you were not satisfied and started looking for shoddy finish and stitch marks. Failing in your objective you requested us to restyle your coat a further 3 times which we obliged with. Each time your attempts to find stitch marks and poor workmanship yielded no results.
Not happy with all the efforts invested by you, Mr Ukyab you belittled our retail team and accused our Company of overcharging. We have it on our records where you have claimed that we have excessive margins and that we must reconsider the price of the product.
Mr Ukyab with folded hands we ask you again to point out if the rates were clearly communicated to you before the payment was charged. Were you at any point of time forced to make the purchase ? It is assumed that you had decided to visit our esteemed outlet after receiving references and that no member of our team had misled you. So we fail to understand your reaction.
In the service industry we strive to serve and satisfy all our clients. Until we met you we did not believe in the quote - " Its impossible to satisfy all"
In conclusion we apologise again for your unpleasant experience at Keshan Bespoke.
