She came to the exact address I requested for measurements, patiently listened to every detail, and understood exactly what I wanted. Every piece was altered / made perfectly in one go , the fit, finish, and craftsmanship were flawless. Two items needed a little extra tweaking, and she handled them promptly without any hassle and arranged delivery right to my door. The timeliness was just as impressive, everything was completed and delivered exactly when promised (within 3 days)

I had given Khushboo - Tailor On Call my almost 10 years old Banarasi saree for revamping those into ready to wear sarees & redesign the blouses into Jacket blouse. I am highly impressed with her work and relentless effort given in finding matching fabric with saree and then stitching the blouses as per designs provided. Also the ready to wear saree on front pleats were done so neatly so that the hassle of making pleats could be avoided. Also I had got 2 anakali Kurtis stitched out of sarees, which were also done nicely.
Had an excellent experience and would recommend to take service from Tailor On Call.

I found Tailor On Call on Facebook and was initially hesitant to hand over my blouse pieces, especially since they were for some very costly sarees. But I must say, she completely exceeded my expectations!
Not only was her stitching absolutely flawless — every blouse was perfectly tailored with beautiful finishing — but the entire process was so convenient. She personally came to my house to collect all my blouse pieces and delivered them back to me at my doorstep within just 6 days. And this was for a total of 13 blouses!
Her professionalism, punctuality, and talent are simply beyond excellent. I’m truly delighted with the results and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable and skilled tailor. She’s simply awesome! 💯

My former tailor who I had worked with for years was severely understaffed and could not keep her promise to deliver on time. I searched Google and I found Tailor on Call had really great reviews. Then I recalled that we were already connected on Facebook. I called up and Khushboo was kind enough to accept my orders at such a short notice as I was leaving Kolkata in less than 2 weeks’ time. I loved the convenience of home visit for collecting the fabrics and taking my measurements and also being able to deliver all my clothes on time. One of the best services I received in Kolkata. When I visit India/ Kolkata, I have very few days in hand and to buy materials for blouse and going to the tailor feels like a mammoth task. Khushbu ( tailor on call) makes it so easy. She came to my house, took measurements and then came back with one sample stitched one to make sure that everything was to my likings and in few days delivered everything. She gave me the invoice on the first day so that there is no confusion and I could pay via zoom. Her work is fabulous but most importantly her demeanor and her personality is phenomenal. She is extremely respectful and accommodating and good person. I highly recommend her service as a very satisfied customer.

Tailor on Call has been the savior for my wedding. Khushbu is amazing and does produces top quality work product. I was running a very tight schedule, but she managed to deliver many many blouses for us in the short time frame. She is well researched on the market trends, spends time with customers in analyzing for them, guides you with the ultimate best design that will suit. She is extremely professional and manages her commitments very well without any interruption.
