I was looking for a tailor nearby and a friend told me about Payal Tailors. Even though it was late Monday night, the lady there was so kind! My mother is a bit healthy (5XL), and since she didn't have readymade options, she offered to customise a Kurti for our function this Wednesday.
I took my mother for measurements on Tuesday, and she promised delivery by the next day. True to her word, she delivered it by 2:00 PM on Wednesday! The stitching and fitting were absolutely perfect.
Honestly, she is so committed and dedicated to her work. You can literally close your eyes and trust her
I've never seen such a professional tailor. She’s a total lifesaver!

Great experience with this lil but very competent shop. I came here with an urgent request with a quick turn around and the lovely lady literally stitched me a masaba blouse in half a day. I had other saree accessories requirement which they took care of immediately and delivered me quickest and committed day and time. Really happy with the service. Highly recommended!

I have many of the wedding related dress for stitch and even my wedding lehnga blouse. She did make few blouses ok, but she spoiled all suits and few blouses even the wedding lehnga blouse. She didn't make my dresses according to my my preferences. She tried to fix my lehnga blouse but it's not so perfect. And for other suits and blouses when I asked her why didn't she made my dresses according to my preferences then she bragged that it's the material which is not good and doesn't even own her mistake. Not satisfied with the work. Also she didn't deliver any of my dresses on time.
