Today I had the worst experience of my life.I made a kurti there, which shape was a bit different from what I ordered/wanted. So, I went there to clear out the matter. I was trying to explain my problem .He was very very arrogant and didn't even listen to me. Extreme rude and unprofessional behaviour. He literally insulted me notoriously. I don't know how he is running this shop with this sick mentality and unprofessionalism.
