I went to another tailor who had the highest rating on google at first. But unfortunately they said they won’t be able to stitch salwar set for me as I m plus sized. And that the material was not enuf. I was disappointed n regretted buying those materials which the seller promise that it will be enuf for even 6XL. I m 2xl. So I wanted to just give a try at Sindhooram which I found on google as well. Near to our home. I was delighted when the Chechi there said it can be done and gave me hope. We gave all the 4 materials and also did a dress type for my daughter. And to be collected in 4days. There was a 1 day delay but all was done well and fitting was good. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who is looking for a promising tailor. Thank u. 🙏

This is the first review I am writing and I couldn't stop myself from writing this because I was hurt so badly. My engagement was in August. I am studying in Karnataka, but I wanted to get my blouses stitched near my home (in Tripunithura). I searched for good tailoring shops and found "Sindhooram", to my bad luck. My mother had given 2 blouse materials to them. They had assured that they will just do the aari work and will stitch the blouses only after I reach there (for measurements). That too they promised to get it stitched within 2 days once I reach. My mother had send the design for first blouse and had explained about the sleeve length, the border work for the second one. She also told that, they can do the work they prefer on the second blouse. I reached 3 days prior to my engagement and went to their shop on the same day to give measurements. We got the blouses the day before the function. I was actually shocked. The 2 blouses were stitched in the same style, same sleeve length, no border work, designs were same and fitting was too loose. Actually they didn't even do one thing that we had asked for or what they had promised. The pattern which was sent was entirely different. We went there to ask for the same and the owner was so disrespectful and ignorant. She was so rude to my mother. She was trying to put the blame on our side. Although she agreed that pattern was not the same and was stitched according to their preference. The staff who took measurement was staying silent the whole time. Atlast she said only thing that she could do was to alter the blouse. She wanted to sent us from there probably (it shouldn't affect her business). Within 2 minutes, she gave the blouses back and took the entire amount. I didn't have time to wear them there. As expected, she didn't alter them. The next day morning, before engagement, my mother had to sit with needle and thread to adjust it atleast by little, so that it didn't look awkward. I know I have written a long essay. But it just shows how disappointed I am with their work. They might be good in other works. They could have communicated before if they had doubts. But taking a customer for granted and doing as per their wish, that too for one's special occasion and then behaving in such a bad manner when we approached them for the same was something I never imagined. Everyone makes mistakes. But one should admit them and correct them. I feel that is included in professionalism. Anyway I will never repeat the mistake of trusting them again.
