I recently purchased a long kurti and a churidhar set, and unfortunately I’ve been feeling a bit disappointed with the kurti. It was a premium purchase for me, and after a wash, the lining released color and the outer fabric seems to have shrunk. I do understand that I should have been more careful, and perhaps I should have checked the care instructions more closely. At the same time, I genuinely wish I had been specifically advised that it required dry cleaning, especially since during the monsoon season clothes can occasionally get drenched and need cleaning sooner than expected. I still love the design and quality otherwise, which makes this experience all the more disappointing.

A nice boutique with unique and rare collections of party wear, casual wear and hand embroidery churidar set materials with very good colour combinations which they will also customize. It's really rare and beautiful collections at affordable price and Quality of material was superb.They have very friendly and amazing staff. Also we can purchase via online and discuss everything over phone and shared measurement through whatsapp or any other app . This is a boutique for ladies. The boutique is by an instagram lady named Reshma. Have some good collections. Churidar sets and materials are available there. Party or function wear is very less in collection. There was only one staff member who was enough. Very kind. Measurement and stitching are available.

I would not recommend this shop to anyone.I recently purchased 4 churidars online from Chembakam, each priced at 7000 and I extremely disappointed .The Stiching was terrible -the pleated anarkali style churidars, they are unwearable . I completely wasted my money .The customer service was responsive during the purchase, but after I raised this issue they stopped responding . Really bad experience

I had high expectations based on the boutique’s reputation, but unfortunately, my experience was quite underwhelming. The staff seemed disinterested and were not very helpful when I asked for assistance. I felt rushed and unacknowledged throughout my visit. Additionally, the collection didn’t match what was advertised online, which was disappointing. Customer service plays a key role in the shopping experience, and I sincerely hope they improve in this area moving forward.

We traveled from Changanacherry to their stitching unit in Chottanikkara to pick up our dresses, as they had informed us they were ready. Since we were traveling with a three-month-old baby, we also wanted to ensure there were no issues that required modifications. Out of the two dresses we ordered, one was fine, but the other—meant for my sister—was done terribly. It wasn’t cut symmetrically and didn’t fit her properly.
With our function just three days away, we can’t imagine the disaster if we had opted for delivery instead. The staff acknowledged their poor workmanship and offered to restitch the dress if we waited for four hours. Considering the long journey and the fact that we had a baby with us, this experience was extremely exhausting. We wasted valuable time, fuel, and money while dealing with a tired and restless baby.
Although they eventually fixed the dress, our trust in their customization and attention to detail was completely shattered. If you don’t have enough time or the ability to visit their shop for fittings, we strongly advise against ordering from them.

For me it's very bad experience. I gave 3 materials to them for stitching. For 1 material they pattern as there own and it is not suit for me. Frankly speaking they stitched it like a priest dress without any shape. I waited there for more than 1 hour for alteration and it doesn't come out well.
Now I am thinking why I gave them stitching charge , they spoiled my cloth, time and I LOST MATERIAL CHARGE AND STITCHING CHARGE..
M\S Chembakam please don't reply by saying sorry.
If you are really feeling sorry, do re imburse..

I recently bought three unstitched kurta sets from Chempakam, and I was extremely disappointed with the quality of the material. The fabric tore on the very first day of use. For the second kurta, the tailors even mentioned that the pant material was so poor they couldn't stitch it with the same fabric. Given the subpar quality, the kurtas were overpriced. I recently purchased georgette fabric from a local shop for ₹85 per metre, and it was far superior to the georgette they use for their kurtas. I expected much more from a reputed store like Chempakam. I would recommend looking for alternatives at other boutiques, as they offer better quality at lower prices.

Fabulous selections both on the online platform & at their boutique in K-mall Thrippunithura. Their shop had both stitching and designing facilities which makes it extremely useful.
