I gave more dress material than required. I asked her to return the remaining material, but she didn’t give it back. Also, I gave one dress material to stitch a churidar, but it did not fit properly." They are so unprofessional

Highly unprofessional stitching centre. Poor stitching quality, wrong fitting, and work not done as instructed even after repeated follow-ups. They fail to deliver on the promised date and show absolutely no responsibility for their own mistakes. Customer handling is rude and careless — they don’t respond properly, avoid clear communication, and give inconsistent information about working hours instead of resolving the issue. Rather than correcting things properly, they conveniently shift the blame to the customer. Don’t trust this place blindly or choose it just based on Google reviews — visit only if someone you personally know has genuinely had a good experience here.

It used to be good and thats why I used to give my clothes. But now they claim to be very buay, and not only are they highly unprofessional and if questioned in anyway start shouting and insulting people. Its very sad. I had a very bad experience and feel very sad about it. I was insulted , shouted at and spoken to using personal insults especially by her husband who continued to shout and say all kinds of stuff, and I finally had to run out of there. Very disturbing experience. Clearly not a decent place.

Unfortunately, this is the first time a customer like you has come and behaved rudely with us.
We are not satisfied with the fact that you came very very late after completing the work 4 months ago and gave us a reduced sewing charge... We are sorry that we did not give special consideration to anyone when we were waiting for another customer...
And just you remember that, not fitting for a good person to speak to us like labour slaves.
We are not providing any VIP consideration

I had a really bad experience at this stitching centre. I gave my dress for stitching, but the fitting was completely off and the finishing was not at all up to the mark. I even had to get the dress restitched from outside, which was both a waste of time and money.
The service felt unprofessional, and despite explaining my requirements clearly, the final result was nowhere close to what I expected. I definitely wouldn’t recommend this place.

I found Sahasra through a quick Google search during my first ever trip to Kochi. I needed six saree blouses made. They managed to make them all in four days. Great quality stitching and perfect fitting. I highly recommend them!

My experience at sahasra stitching center was an absolute nightmare, and I feel compelled to share this negative review. I entrusted them with a brand new, incredibly expensive saree, bought specifically for a wedding, to simply cut out the blouse piece and stitch it. Instead, they completely ruined the saree, rendering it utterly unusable. My mother didn't even get a chance to wear this beautiful garment. To add insult to injury, when we approached them about this devastating error, they were unhelpful and offered no solution, yet still demanded a huge amount for their incompetent work. This level of unprofessionalism and disregard for customer property is unacceptable, and I would strongly advise against using their services. I really don't understand how they managed to get 4.8 rating

I had to write this review because I want nobody else to face the same. I gave them a material to stitch pants on Dec 11 th 2024 and returned back the stitched item on Jan 23, 2025. They took more than a month to stitch just a simple pant. I walked in 5 times to their shop to enquire about the same. Each time they said some or the other excuses. I changed the deadline thrice even then I didn't get the stitched product. Finally I was exhausted with their behaviour and told them to give the pant back evenif it's half done. They handed over it to me in a crumpled situation. They didn't even have the basic courtesy to atleast fold the cloth properly. Usually a tailor would iron the clothes and return it. They actually showcased such a cheap behaviour. The stitching was also incomplete. I have experiences with a lot of other tailors but this is the first time I am experiencing such a situation.

We had designed our students costume for sub district Kalolsavam with sahasra stitching. Even though we approach sahasra in last minute with 10nos costume, they accepted our order and delivered in time. That shows their commitment and professionalism in stitching.

Worst customer dealing. Any attempts to give an order is met with so much negativity. No basic manners. Still says they will available after a week or late night etc. If not available to take orders, why do you keep the shop open.
