Once I visited this shop, and honestly, I didn’t find it budget friendly at all. They do have good cotton fabrics there, but the prices are quite expensive.
On top of that, the staff behavior and customer service were extremely disappointing. Even though there were only a few customers and enough staff members available, their service was really bad.

I have had bad experiences there multiple times!! The owners attitude is rude& arrogant. I have been their customer for the past 15 years.but over the last few years their behavior has completely changed!! No one is their to guide the customers properly& they always seem annoyed or angry.They behave as if customers are there to beg , not to shop..Such an unpleasent experience..I would never recommend this shop to anyone!!!

I had been a loyal customer of this store for quite some time, and in the beginning, I was genuinely satisfied with their punctual delivery and fairly good stitching. But as months went by, I noticed a big shift in how they treated customers. With their growing business seemed to come a growing arrogance.
Their prices are on the higher side compared to the quality of work they deliver. What’s worse is the attitude of the owner, who comes across as rude and unapproachable.

I've been a customer of Krithi for more than a year, and initially, I was impressed with their timely delivery and decent stitching. However, as time passed, I noticed a change in their attitude. Their sales grew, and so did their arrogance.
The staff seems to have a bias against customers who request alterations on items purchased from their store. What's worse is that the owner himself is rude. I had multiple unpleasant experiences with getting my alterations done, which required multiple visits and still didn't turn out well.
If you value good customer service, you might want to think twice about using their stitching services. Unfortunately, my experience was subpar, and I wouldn't recommend it to others. *0 star from me.*

The items are priced high.
Because I got the same top and bottom for the price I paid for only top at this shop.
That was very surprising and disappointing.
The owner cum sales people are too head high and adamant on the high prices they have disguised as ‘too low prices’.

I had a very disappointing experience at this store. I selected a cotton dress priced under 2000, but when I went to pick it up after alterations, I was shocked to see the price had increased to 3000. The price tag had clearly been changed, and when I pointed this out, the staff member at the counter became noticeably hostile. I explained that I had chosen the dress based on the original price, and now that it had suddenly increased, I no longer wanted it. This was incredibly frustrating and left me with a bad impression of the store’s practices.
Be careful when selecting items, especially before sending them for alterations. Make sure to double-check the price tag, and perhaps even take a picture of it, to avoid any unpleasant surprises later.

Visited again 02 June 2025 ... this time Kireet Singh helped us with getting cotton kurtas for me to wear at office, the readymade ones he got it shortened immediately also we took modal silk materials to stitch short kurties within 2days the tops will b ready. Also my mom took few kurtas nd I took a modal silk kaftan - very flowy and super comfortable for summer nd extreme hot weather. Will come again for sure. Thank you for the quality material. Hoping for more discount next time!

I visited the shop by seeing social media promotions by influencers. The shop has fabrics collection, stitched kurtis & all, but seems to be overpriced. For those who go for economical or budget friendly shopping, the shop pricing & stitching charges will be disappointing. Those who plan to visit the shop by seeing social media promotions, don't blindly trust the same. Also felt, customer service is not so satisfactory. They also force the customer to write review when you are a 1st time visitor.

I went to this shop after seeing pomotions in social media .
The collections were good , on the expensive side though. But I had a bad experience with the staff there.
I did some trial on few Kurtis and finally shortlisted 2 out of which I wanted to select one. One of the staff initially told the alteration would take only 10 mins. But finally when I asked another staff he said it would take one day. I did all the trails on the hope that i could get it on the same day because I had to travel next day. The second staff replied rudely "anyway you are taking only one after doing so much trials. " They were talking as if doing trials is a crime.

I had a very disappointing experience at this boutique. I went in to purchase kurtas, but the staff treated me rudely and did not take me seriously as a customer. Despite my interest, they were unwilling to show me their collection, which left me feeling disrespected. As a paying customer, I expect to be treated with courtesy, but that was far from what I experienced here. I won't be returning, and I would not recommend this place to anyone who values good customer service.

The clothing store has a very nice collection with high-quality items. While the prices are a bit on the higher side, the quality justifies the cost. You'll find a good variety of clothes, making it worth a visit if you’re looking for stylish and well-made pieces. Kaftans were too good but njan medichilla, coz the price of 2900 was too high for me😐

Had a very bad experience. Completely unwelcoming. There was a guy at the counter claiming himself as the owner of the boutique. His behaviour was very rude and he doesn’t know at all how to treat customers.
Initially, they agreed and subsequently they denied to do the work. Personally, this has been my worst experience ever . The owner must correct the situation before it’s too late.

I bought a kurthi set for 2000 rs and found a replica in Amazon for just rs 699. I was shocked. In the neck line there is a mirror work which may be absent in the Amazon replica. But still can't believe such a price hike for a mirror work. Please be careful while purchasing.
