Pretentious and over priced!
I had a couple of shirts got stitched at KIMS last year as office wear with my suits. Having paid almost Rs 7000, one should expect bespoke level fit and quality. However both shirts were short to tuck in and slightly short on cuffs resulting suit is overlapping the brim of cuffs ( should be half inch visible). And today one of that shirt got torn at the elbow area, while just folding my hand. I must have worn/washed it probably 45-50 times max and its gone. This shows the poor material quality ( it is 100% white cotton ) esp it is taken care by proffessional launderette. Thoroughly disaapointed. I remember their humble shop near St. Alberts and good quality trouser stitching years ago! Things have changed and never going back!

Had a disappointing experience with KIM STYLE DIGNIFIED for my Sangeeth outfit in December. The stitching was extremely poor - my inner kurta wasn't stitched properly at all, looked awkward in photos. The pant stitching was also below par, not functional and totally not what we expected The price was also way higher than expected for the quality I got. Definitely wouldn't recommend 🙄

After having bought tailor-made shirts of theirs for the office, it is now impossible for me to go back to ready-made shirts.
I feel so admired and confident while wearing Kim products. Would recommend this place anytime to anyone.
As for the budget, I'd say it's 100% fair for product quality.

From then, myself and my family members are customers of Kim's.
The new store amazed me with the vast collection and facilities. The staff are passionate and very supportive. The quality of the materials, and their work is outstanding.

Highly disappointed. Highly priced and not worth the price paid. Quality of material has come down drastically.. Staffs only focus on high value premium materials.. There are many other better options in town. Please check and ensure you understand the full cost including stitching …

Very Disappointing Experience
The shop is extremely overpriced, and the person taking measurements was not open to our ideas. He seemed irritated and even got angry when we tried to share our preferences. Overall, not a pleasant experience at all.

I had a disappointing experience at this men’s boutique. The prices are heavily inflated, and I felt misled about the true value of the products. The customer service was poor—staff seemed uninterested and unhelpful. On top of that, the materials used in the clothing were of low quality, not matching the high prices. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this store

I got my wedding suit stitched from here. They did a wonderful job of getting the fitting absolutely perfect. The staff were really friendly during both selection and fitting sessions. They have good knowledge about suits and were happy to address all our concerns. They also have a wide range of dress materials to select from.

Poor quality of stitching. Trouser's seam has come off within 2 wears and the shirts stitched were too tight. The tailor was very reluctant to take feedback and preferred blaming "customer's lack of knowledge" rather than acknowledging the poor aesthetics of his work. Good selection of materials but for the amount spent, the value on offer is poor.

One of the best outfitting services in town.if you wanna stitch a shirt, trousers or a suit, this will be a perfectly option. They have a wide range of clothing material in shirts, trousers and suits of different ranges which we can select according to our budget. We can select the material from there and give our measurements and they will stitch accordingly. Mostly once it is stitched, it will match us perfectly. We can make a trial of stitched dresses and advise them if you want any further changes which will be done within no time. They also have stitching only options when you can bring in material and stitch there by giving measurement. All the staffs are so friendly and helpful. Timely delivery or items is another highlights of Kim. They have experience of several years in this fields and it show in all the items which i had stitched their so far. I had also purchased my marriage shirts and reception dresses from there. Mr. Ambady is persons who supported us very much in case of selection of materials and combinations of color and style of stitching. Great work all together.

But they don't keep up there word, twice we waited for 45 mins when they guaranteed over call stitched material are ready to collect. Please improve. Hence a single star.

The stitched product was completely different in dimensions and even though it was their fault, still instead of accepting it they are saying that is how it should look. I was not even able to put on the buttons on the dress, they stitched it extremely tight. It was a really a bad experience, as they are saying slim fit is like that…disappointing

Great fit and good collection. Be careful about the light inside and outside, loved a Color in the light inside but when I worn it outside in the natural light it was a disaster. Never worn it, wasted 2.5k just for the bad lighting these guys had. Except for the lighting, everything else looks professional.
