Deserves 0 stars. Filing a police complaint against Sunitha and her husband and S7 boutique. They held my wife without letting her leave after we let her know she completely messed up the design. I went to speak to her and realised she has zero manners and will not listen to a word you say.
The worst stitching place in Kochi and worst woman I have met.
DO NOT GO HERE!!!

Sir,
Last year in November, she gave us old sarees for stitching. We completed the work and invested our time, but she refused to pay the agreed amount. Instead, she used abusive language toward us and behaved in an unacceptable manner.
She later barged into our shop, threw cash at us, grabbed the stitched bag, and ran away. Because of this behavior, we closed the shop door and recorded a video for our safety. We have clear evidence of this incident.
Please note that we stitch garments for women only; we do not provide services for men. Despite this, they came to our shop along with local violent individuals and created a disturbance.
We will shortly be submitting the video evidence showing her behavior inside our store.

S7 boutique was really great and did a perfect job , stitching two of my salwars in 3 days time. Urgent stitching services were amazing and they were very good with communication and customization. Loved their work, will definitely visit again.

Finally a perfect tailoring shop when you are out of time. Chechi know the art, she will suggest design and length and details after seeing the material, and she delivered it within a day 😍
Gave on Tuesday evening at 6.30pm and blouse was ready on Wednesday 2.30 pm 👍🏼 will recommend to anyone in distress and short of time

Not recommended. I had given a clear reference picture for a simple sleeveless blouse, but the final result was not as expected. The fitting was not correct, which was disappointing. Although it was delivered on time, the stitching quality did not justify the price. Overall, not satisfied.

We made every effort to provide the best fitting and overall look as requested. False accusations are not acceptable. We always treat our customers with respect and maintain professional conduct. The total amount was clearly discussed at the beginning and agreed upon; if there was any concern, you were free to choose another shop at that time. Entering the shop in an aggressive manner is serious and unacceptable. We have all necessary evidence regarding this incident.

Recently visited here. I gave 2 dress for stitching that too on short notice. But they give me the dress on the day I wanted. Had few alterations and that also got fixed asap. Totally happy with the service.

Terrible experience!! Never take anything to stitch here! Inspite of explaining all the designs- sending pictures on WhatsApp with the material, nothing was stitched as I wanted. Gave her 10 days to stitch and nothing was ready until the 15th day..
Doesn’t even own up to her mistakes!

It was my first time visit and I had a HORRIBLE experience in this place. That lady there had such horrible attitude towards me.
After 5 min of being there, I had to advise her to change her attitude towards her customers. From the time I spoke to her on phone (just to ask their working hours), from then she was negative.
I have been stitching dresses and salwars for around 35years now in different countries, BUT EXPERIENCED SUCH A HORRIBLE ATTITUDE AND BEHAVIOUR FOR THE FIRST TIME.
This is my 1st bad review to anyone.

Ma’am, we had only mentioned to you about the sufficient material needed for the model you showed. If we don’t have enough cloth, it will be difficult to make the dress as you desired. I didn’t say anything else beyond that. I have 29 years of working experience and have been running my own boutique since 1997. Your rudeness toward me made my day even harder, and I truly did not expect that from you.

I went to this place for stitching a blouse and the experience was so bitter. They charged me Rs2000 for a blouse and the reason they told me for this exorbitant price is that they will charge to any extent in their shop and it's none of our business. As customers, we should just pay whatever they ask for. I had enquired the price before stitching and they didn't tell it then. So when I refused to pay, the owner lady used bad language as well. Beware of this place and I won't recommend this place to no one. It was such a bad experience.

Amazing service. The aunty who runs the shop, males sure she has stitched it right by making us wear and sees that there are no glitches. She treats the customers with respect and customises according to how the customer wants their dress to be stiched.
