I have been your customer for the past 13 years. Although your stitching charges have always been on the higher side, I continued giving my work to you because the quality of stitching used to justify the cost. However, around six years ago, I had given two churidars for stitching which were completely spoiled. Since it was the first such incident and I was in a hurry at that time, I chose not to raise the issue. Shortly after, due to health issues, I was unable to visit your shop for a long period. At the beginning of this month, after a long gap, I once again gave a kurta for stitching through my mother, as I was unable to come in person. The design requested was extremely simple and very common. I had clearly asked for small bullion rose embroidery, spaced out and minimal. When my mother went to collect the kurta on 26th December, she was shocked to see the finished piece. The embroidery was completely wrong, poorly executed, and bore no resemblance to what was requested. The final design looks unreasonable, and frankly, no customer with proper sense would ever ask for a kurta to be stitched in such a manner. To add to this disappointment, an amount of ₹2500 was charged for lining, embroidery, and stitching. When my mother raised concerns, instead of addressing the issue, your staff argued that this was the model we had given, which is absolutely untrue. After being a loyal customer for over a decade, this experience has been extremely upsetting and disappointing. I expect better accountability, especially when charging premium rates. P.S.
