This lady cannot even do simple things like alteration after looking at sample! Gave my pants for alteration and told this lady to leave cloth at bottom and sides. Completely cut everything out and not the same as the sample I gave. Only went to this lady because she did 24 hr stitching and she was the only one in the area that can give back fast..Waste of time and money!

Run away from this place!! My wedding pieces were cut and stitched so badly. Even worse, the designs I specifically asked for were patched into completely different places than we discussed and the pictures I sent! It looks like a mess rather than a custom-made designer blouse. Don’t be fooled by her stories! She spends so much time saying she stitches for serial actors and celebrities, but the quality she delivers to customers is low class. I later found out she doesn't even do the work herself—she sends the stitching to third-party tailors who clearly have no skill. When you walk into her store, she acts very dedicated and religious, always listening to Christian sermons. However, her work is anything but honest. After giving her multiple materials and clear instructions, the final products was a disaster for my big day. Instead of taking responsibility for ruining my materials, she: • Blamed the fabric, saying it was "too difficult" to work with. • Claimed there wasn't "enough space " to stitch properly and designs couldn’t be stitched on (even though there was plenty). • Tried to push the problem on my “skinny” body type and the outfit design and charging high money. She charges high prices for low quality work. This place only survives because it’s located at marine drive and they say they can provide stitched product as fast as you ask them. Beena acts like a professional, but she is dishonest and lacks basic tailoring skills. Wanted to write this before someone else falls for this place. Please, save your money, your fabric, and your sanity. Go somewhere else!
