I had my jacket altered at Surya Suit Palace, and I couldn't be happier with the results! They adjusted the sleeve length, overall length, and took it in for a perfect fit. The workmanship was really neat, and the service was excellent. The staff were friendly and helpful. Highly recommend them for alterations.

I had a great experience at this suit stitching shop. They specialize in custom stitching and also take up alterations, which was really helpful. The best part is how quick and efficient their service is, my brother's suit was stitched perfectly and delivered on time, without any last-minute rush.
The staff is skilled, courteous, and pays attention to detail, which shows in the final fit and finish. The only minor drawback is the location, it’s a bit tucked away, but I’d recommend parking near MG Road and walking to the shop. It’s definitely worth the effort!

This place stitched my kurta good, but my friend's kurtas were not so well made. What I understand is that there's a master tailor here and then their apprentice. If the boss is in the mood, he'll personally take care of your measurements and probably supervise the stitching too, but if he delegates it to someone else, they mess up measurements and forget details you mention. Although they do top notch work, they are not consistent. Good service though.

i got recommended to Soorya Suit palace from Seemati and frankly, i landed upon a gem of a place. I got my engagement outfit custom made from here and got great feedback from everywhere. it got the finishing and looks i was hoping for and did grab a lot of eyeballs. i also made my suits stitched from here and the fitting was perfect. i didn't have to ask for any changes during trail and it fitted me perfectly.

I had an excellent experience purchasing two suits from Soorya Suit Palace.
I requested a short deadline because I was only visiting the city for a few days, and the work was completed on time and to a very high quality.
I did not know how to purchase special fabric to suit my taste, but the gentleman from Soorya was very kind and took us to nearby store Seematti to choose from their huge selection of fabrics, and did all of the measuring and communicating so it was super easy.
My two suits were ready in just 2 days and I'm incredibly happy with the fit and stitching quality.

The place looks tiny and I was having second thoughts as I walked up the stairs to give my husband's cloth for tailoring. But the result completely wiped away any fears I had. The kurta turned out wonderful and exactly the right fit - we didn't even have to alter it a little (which is always the case when we get something tailored in other stores). Soorya was extremely helpful, kind and gave us the finished product on time. The embroidery work done on the Onam kurta was amazing and neat. We were on a tight timeline as we'd be travelling out of Kerala soon and my husband got the kurta cloth as a gift last minute.

We had an emergency in UK as the suit ordered online , when reached, was not the right size and had few days left for the Holy communion of my son. Over the phone I contacted Mr. Soorya Manikyam and explained our difficult situation. He agreed to help us and promised he would get Blazer, waist coat and trousers ( pants) on time in UK. He took the measurement over video call and even agreed to buy the cloths by himself as we were really short of time.
One of my relatives got in the shop on time and everything was ready for collection and managed to get them on time for the function in UK.
The measurement and fitting were perfect and the quality of the cloth was excellent.
I would say he did an excellent job, great customer care and rang me few times to check how the fitting was and how things went.
Thank you Soorya for the great help and the professionalism.
What is more, he only charged us what is standard and needed.
I strongly recommend Soorya suit palace and looking forward to go and meet him in person and get one for me as well.
