Delight Tailors in Kochi is one of those rare places that truly value their customers. My father used to get his pants stitched from here when he was a teenager, and a few weeks ago, he took me there to get one made for myself. The fit was perfect, and the stitching was top-notch. But what really impressed me was their honesty. A couple of days ago, they actually called me to say that there was a small piece of leftover fabric from my order. Most places wouldn’t even bother mentioning it, but they made the effort to let me know and hand it over when I went back. It’s small things like this that show their dedication and integrity. If you’re looking for a tailor who does great work and treats customers right, this is the place to go!

I really had a bad post customer service experience. I stiched 4 dresses. The stitching rate is on the higher side compared to readymades. The charges are ok if we get the stitching good and in time. But it is not justifiable to deny to fix the problem with fittings for the dress which they have stiched. I got the dress today and had some fitting problem. I had enquired if I could get it done today, but they refused as they can't do small fitting alterations they will get it done in some other day. I had already conveyed them they I had collected the dress today from shop. Very much disappointed on the customer service they provide..... At this rate we have many tailoring shops which offer good stiching and good customer service

I stitched 2 pants and 1 shirt. You can buy readymade for more less price.stitching was very poor. I was not able to use two pants even for a single day. Gross mistake happened in taking correct measurement. My pants may fit for a clown!

Sir, we are extremely sorry for the inconvenience faced by you. You might get low cost unbranded shirts and pants from market. Those are factory stitched, production costs for those clothes are very low because they are made in bulk. On other hand, ours are made by a single tailor. Custom made for you exclusively. The pocketing, belt pasting, grip, zip, stainless steel hook & eye, thread and every other products we used are of high quality. We value our customer feedback. Here everything is man made, not machines. Mistakes may happen and we are ready to rectify it if you acknowledge the issue to us directly. We will be looking forward to hear from you.

Kindly visit this place if you are going for something big.Don't visit if you wanna shorten the pants size/other silly stuffs as their workshop is not located within the premises and would take atleast a day for petty mods on the clothing.
