Very happy with the stitching and overall service. My saree blouse was stitched perfectly with excellent fitting, and the handwork was done beautifully. They patiently listened to all my requirements and delivered exactly what I wanted. The pricing was also very reasonable. Highly recommended!

I had a last-minute blouse stitching emergency just before my convocation, and Hitech Stitching Center absolutely saved the day! With just 2 days left, I contacted them online and sent my blouse material via porter — no sample blouse, no fresh measurements, just old size details and a reference pic. Incredibly, they stitched it perfectly within just 3 hours! When I visited to collect it, they patiently made final alterations to ensure the perfect fit. The blouse turned out exactly like the design I shared, and I couldn’t have asked for better. Thank you so much to the team for their speed, professionalism, and magic!

I had a very disappointing experience at this stitching center. The staff behavior was extremely rude and disrespectful, which made the entire process uncomfortable. Instead of being helpful or polite, they seemed uninterested and unprofessional.
On top of that, the pricing is quite high compared to the quality of service provided. The charges do not feel justified at all.
I would not recommend this place if you’re looking for good customer service and reasonable pricing. There are definitely better options available.

I had a wonderful experience with this stitching centre. They delivered my outfit exactly on time, and the stitching was absolutely perfect. The fitting, finishing, and overall quality were awesome. Truly one of the best and most reliable stitching centres in Vytilla. Highly recommended!

I had to get a blouse stitched in short notice and this was the best place for that. I received it in 2 days and the fitting was absolutely perfect. Saritha Aunty is a gem when it comes to getting beautifully stitched blouses.

After contacting alot of shops, I got this one. I must say their stitching is very perfect. She had another works but she ensured that she gave it to me ahead of time. I got my blouse stitched within 3 hours and it fits me perfectly well !! Thank you team, you have earned another loyal customer.

Very rude staff. I was a regular customer here. Then one fine day owner was not there and staff are handling the shop. I had gone to stitch a lace on the border of a shawl for my 1.5 year old child. The price was too much. I questioned this and they shouted at me saying I should enquire about money before giving to stitch. Pathetic staff! Owner was really good lady. I don't know what happened to her to keep such rude staff!

Very bad experience. Rude staff. I went there to alter a party wear. And I had to go somewhere else to restitch all that they've done. They were not even ready to hear my concerns. They behaved like we were asking for a favour. Too lazy to put an effort to correct the fitting. I strongly recommend against going there, especially if you have an expensive dress, and you need someone reliable.

Customers are dearer to me than the staff. From next May, there will be a fashion designer and a new stitching staff there. The decision to hire new staff is based on your opinions. If I can upload the voice of that lady I will definitely do this in the review here, very very bad behaviour, I purchased a dress from Zudio and needs some alteration in the hand part, and we asked her to do so and had given all necessary money and what’s all she demanded. Then what she done to my dress was really really bad, she changed the entire pattern of my dress, she kept my dress for three months, and when we asked she give excuses, then one day when we reach there to collect it, she picked it from a dustbin after searching here and there, in the back of that new dress some oil and black dirt was also spotted. If she was righteous she will make the payment of the dress decently because she had destroyed it entirely, I can’t stop the rage against her because of the voice messages she delivered, very bad lady with pampering wanted customers and disrespecting others. Very Very Very Bad lady and behaviour.

Stitching on an emergency basis is also done by the team. Embroidery work and tailoring are done with perfection. Highly recommend this center to everyone.
