Had a wonderful shopping experience at this boutique! I visited to buy Onam sarees at that time for my mom and sister, and the staff was extremely helpful and polite. They have a beautiful and wide collection at very reasonable prices. After spending half a day at Pothy’s Kaloor and feeling disappointed with the overpriced options, I was so glad to find this hidden gem near Kaloor Junction. The owner, a lovely lady, even offered me a great discount and guided me through the entire purchase. Truly a delightful experience!

I've stitched my daughter's Holy communion dress here. They made sure it was stitched to perfection, eagerly correcting any fault and checking with us, every now and then. I had also given my engagement lehenga saree which remained idle at home, trusting the owner. She gave it a good design and converted it into an awesome kurti frock which I wore for for functions and I got compliments from others.

I had a very disappointing experience with this boutique. I had provided them with a clear model and pattern for my engagement outfit and even visited twice over two weeks so they could take my measurements carefully for the perfect fit. Despite this, the final stitched dress was completely offβ€”it seemed to be made to someone else’s measurements. The neck pattern given and the one stitched are two different ones. The skirt was also uneven, with different lengths in the front and back, making it impossible to wear for my engagement. I ended up having to buy another dress last minute, which was both stressful and expensive.Their stitching charges are quite high considering the poor quality of work delivered. To make matters worse, staff was unhelpful when I raised my concerns. I would not recommend this boutique to anyone looking for reliable tailoring or good customer service.

Perfect stitching and good dealing with customers. Edit: This time I am a little bit disappointed. The stitching was not upto the mark..may be because of onam rush(ps: I gave the material 1 month earlier). They suggested me a neck pattern and when the bill came they added Rs.50/- for that ..I don't mind paying an extra 50 rs but my point is they should have mentioned it earlier. Every extra rate should be communicated with the customers.
