We want to share our honest experience with this shop's stitching service. In total, we spent close to ₹4,000 on material and ₹1,800 on stitching — a significant amount for what turned out to be a mediocre result. The zip at the back was stitched crookedly, and the overall design was uneven and poorly finished, not what you'd expect for the price. What made the experience worse was the process itself. The garment had to be sent back multiple times for alterations, and each round trip added extra delivery charges on top of what we'd already paid. Getting updates was its own struggle — our calls routinely went unanswered, forcing us to keep chasing them just to get basic communication. Altogether, it cost us far more time and money than it should have. We're sharing this so others can make an informed decision. In our experience, this shop doesn't take responsibility for the quality of its work or for the time customers lose dealing with the aftermath.
