I stitched my first salwar from Swapna Manthra back in 2013, as a kid who grew up in Muscat I had not worn salwars prior to that. I only remember walking into their tiny store in Thripunithara and telling them this is my first salwar and that I want to look pretty in it - that was the only requirement I gave and they suggested me how to get it done, learned about princess cut for the first time, trusted the process and eagerly waited for the results. I got the salwar and it was the prettiest I felt for the first time in a traditional Indian dress. I was impressed and happy.
13 years later, I still stitch at Swapna Manthra, now at their Padivattom outlet and they are the same, they are consistent with their quality and customer experience. I still walk in with just the material and a vague idea of what I want and they do the rest, elegant as always. Without doubt or hestitation I can say that some of most beautiful dresses are stitched at Swapna Manthra. Thank you Swapna Chechi, your team is the best.

I recently got a blouse stitched from Swapna Mantra, and I’m happy with the result. The fitting was perfect, and the stitching quality was good. For a back open blouse with lining and a saree fall attachment, the total charge came to around ₹2000. According to the tailor, the lining I took was insufficient . So they added lining for both sleeves (elbow length) from their side for which they charged 220 rupees. Saree fall as well i bought.Felt the stitching charge was high (2000/-), but since the blouse was stitched well, I have no complaints. The staff were also very friendly. Please review your stitching tariff for a more customer-friendly approach😊.

I came across Swapna Manthra Boutique on Instagram a few months ago and went there to get a blouse stitched — and I’m really glad I did!
The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and their service was excellent. They also have a nice collection of materials.

helped me with the styling and she was so patient and understanding. She really made sure everything turned out just the way I wanted.
The stitching was perfect, and I was super happy with the final result.

Sustainable fashion studio in every aspect. Step inside the studio and you can see a peaceful space with full of pure cotton materials and you can see stitched materials with cut peices from previous works and all.

I got my blouse stitched here for my sister's engagement and wedding. The stitching was perfect. Timely delivery with absolutely no corrections. The designer designed the most perfect blouse for my skirt and (3)saree blouse. They even helped me with pattern design on one of my plain blouses.

I am so disappointed by this boutique!
I gave the. 4 lehengas/blouse and 1 Saree blouse to stitch.
One blouse was stitched 2 sizes big.
One blouse was stitched totally different from what was drawn and designed.
One blouse had loose fabric on the cups, also one cup was sitting slightly above the other.
One blouse has folds all over the shoulders.
They tried to fix the problem but unsuccessful to large extent.
After this pathetic job their bill was about Rs 16000.
I won’t be going back there.

I personally had a challenging but an amazing experience with the boutique. I had given 2 kurti tops and a blouse of my mom for stitching. The had to finish it in less than a week however on the day of collection I had to wait beyond 8 pm to collect the items due to work load at their end. My frustration crossed all limits and was sure that I wouldn’t get the items that day . However Swapna made sure that items were delivered personally in spite of multiple challenges! Coming to the stitching part what a fit!!! Amazing and I am totally satisfied. I would recommend everyone to try out this store as they have a personal touch to everything…

Been a regular customer here for a couple of months now. Though they are on the pricey side, they do the stiching well and suggest you various patterns. Sometimes needs alteration, but gets it right after that. Pleasing staff and deliver in time. Over all good

Horrible experience that too repeatedly..........paid for the fabric beforehand , one they stitched it by the measurements of some random person.....second one i had personally designed and gave, they actually SOLD it to some other customer......didnt have the courtsey to atleast inform beforehand......when i went to get the stitched suit, they made me wait and then told me its SOLD ...despite the fact that i had selected and paid for the fabric and designed it myself....PATHETIC, total lack.of professionalism and basic manners as well.....would never recommend to anyone.Even tailors with small startup have far better services and manners.

As you are our precious customer we would definitely want to hear from you and we would like to know the circumstances and situation.Till now the higher authorities has not received any complaints.We do have HR Manager,Administration & Operations Manager and other store managers in our staff line.
Swapna Manthra has been in this field for the past 17 + yrs and we have 50+ staff members with us. We encourage and train interns from different colleges every year.They get proper practical knowledge and certification after completing thier internship program.If they are capable they will be a part of us as trainee from the very next month after completing thier course.We do have such trainees with us.There was no such issue raised in our past profile.So, it's our responsibility to know what has happen. If there is any problem with or to any of our permanent staff we will take disciplinary action at the earliest.
