worst place ever seen..spoiled my kurta worth 2600 ( bought from vismay outlet in the mall itself).. worst service..two sides are unevenly stitched making the kurta looking crazy on me and the attitude of the tailor was terrible and it seems they never ever look for measurements and simply runs the machine over the fabric. The outlet staff convinced me to buy L size kurta ( I need only M) offering they could alter it to M professionally. Now what I am supposed to do with this crazy stuff???... wasted my hard earned money. Please be careful on such negotiations..never go for this tailor's alteration for god's sake 🙏

Gave an alteration yesterday! They haven’t done the waist alteration! Gave it again and they charged extra for that! Since we have already paid the amount before! And they were talking back to us while we were asking about this scam!

Their alteration was good. But if you want your dress to be neat please don’t visit this place.. I have provided two T-shirts for alteration.. One white shirt and one green. I requested them please take special care of white as there are chances of getting stains.. still they didn’t even bothered about the same. Too pathetic. Don’t trust them.

Dont expect this place to be the best for alteration just because it's in lulu, these guys are so pathetic in stitching and alteration of men dresses including jeans, shirts and tshirts. I'm not sure of how they do for women dresses. It's expensive compared to other shops and yes it's true it's in lulu and it's expensive to run a shop there agreed! But these guys are so irresponsible with their work that i have to give the dress multiple times to get it done. They have no perfection nor punctuality. I had to visit their shop thrice to get my dresses. I had to argue to get it done on the third day. Also there is no trial room to try you dresses. So keep in mind these things before visiting here. Jeans length alterations -100rs, Tshirt alterations -300 rs, shirt alterations -300 rs, tshirt length -100rs. Also some dresses I have to give it to some other shop outside to get it done. I'm never gonna recommend this place to anyone.
