I have tried many stitching centres in Aluva and Ernakulam. Petals boutique is the best stitching Centre i have come across. Also very economical. The owner Mrs. Shifanath and her staff are very good to her customers. She has got good ideas too. They also have good churidhar and kurta collections.

The blouses are beautifully stitched, delivered on time, and the team is always happy to make adjustments when needed. The service is friendly, patient, and very accommodating. Excellent stitching with Petals Boutique. I had given mine and my daughters salwarsand blouses. It was done very perfectly and beautifully on time. Especially to say, I had few alterations which stitched with another boutique. When I asked,,Shifana politely took and altered exactly the way which I said.Their materials also very reasonable and 👌🏼👌🏼👌🏼. Shifana and staff are very friendly.. Embroidery works also 👌🏼👌🏼👌🏼..

My wife had terrible experience with the boutique. Owner is unprofessional, rude and doesn’t know the value of time and date. Boutique rushed through the stiching at the end moment and made it unsatisfactory one. I would not recommend.

My wife recently got stitched a saree blouse which was poorly fitting,when she asked for alteration the owner made so many excuses also mentioning that the poor fitting is due to the body nature of my wife . Very bad behaviour

I had a very disappointing experience with this boutique. I got a dress stitched here, but it turned out extremely loose and poorly fitted — it felt like it was made for someone else entirely. When I reached out to request an alteration, they made excuses and abruptly cut the call. Very unprofessional behavior and no accountability for their work. I wouldn’t recommend them if you’re looking for quality stitching or basic customer service.

Very bad tailoring and very rude behaviour of lady owner. She has lots of excuses for not stitching on time. I really don’t know what is the point in taking the measurement initially as she is so adamant that what ever she does is always right. She stitches according to her wish and not by measurements. She spoiled my 3 dresses and later was very arrogant and rude to me as I asked her to alter it. If you wish to save your dress and money please don’t stitch here. Find a better tailor.

I’ve been stitching my saree blouses, kurthas, and salwar sets from Petals and Shifana chechi has done an amazing job every time The fit is always perfect and she pays attention to the details. I’ve also picked up most of my kurtha materials from there itself , petals has a great selection. Totally recommend them if you’re looking for good stitching and nice fabrics
