Amazing tailoring shop. I got all 6 of my wedding blouses tailored from Galanta. Perfect work. Perfect sizing. Saritha was so helpful. Very honest about cost and tbh, not that costly.
She helped to try every blouse individually even though all were the same size and made small small alterations in 5 mins just to make it perfect. Will defo recommend and will defo be coming back again.

I’ve been stitching different kinds of outfits here, and every design, detailing, and customization is handled with so much professionalism and perfection. Once you stitch an outfit with Sarita chechi, you genuinely won’t feel like going anywhere else.
This place was initially recommended by my cousin, and eventually my sister, mom, and I all became regulars because of the consistent quality and trust they’ve built with us. Dresses, salwars, blouses, everything is stitched to fit me perfectly every single time.
I recently got a handworked blouse done, and it turned out to be the exact replica of my reference design. The finishing, fitting, and attention to detail were just flawless. Another thing I truly appreciate is their timely delivery, which is honestly rare these days.

Very disappointing experience. The owner, who handles customers directly, has a very rude and unprofessional attitude. Whenever the stitching turned out poorly, instead of taking responsibility, she simply blames the material or our body structure.
When we approached for corrections, she was extremely rude and unapproachable. No accountability and very poor customer service. Definitely not recommended.
She has such a high rating because there are no other boutique like stiching centers in Aluva.

I called you several times from our store number and my personal number but you didn't pick the call. And I checked your chat with us and clearly it was evident that we replyed you on the month of Jan 2026 please check the same from yourside.
We mentioned in our conversation that you can come to the store and rectify the problem (If any). The stitching was perfect and we informd you to use body tape you misunderstood it. I have the audio with me because, your blouse pattern have a deep back neck and I'm ready to share the pattern if you want.
You mentioned that we have good rating because of there's no boutique around Aluva, that shows your attitude and you are a bad observer.
Look around Alna and go through each and every review we got. Only people with good Quality and Standards will understand.

When I saw all the 5 star reviews, I’ll be honest — I was a bit sceptical. These days, Google reviews can sometimes be misleading . But after getting my first set of dresses (2 salwar suits) stitched from Galanta Boutique, I can confidently say every word of praise is true.
The stitching, fitting, and finishing were just perfect. The pleats and detailing came out even more beautiful than the reference I had shared. Saritha chechi is extremely friendly and pays attention to every single detail you mention — and it truly shows in the final output.
Another big plus is the timely delivery. She delivered exactly when promised without any delays.
I’m definitely returning, and I’ve already given her another suit to stitch. Highly recommended!
