Extremely unprofessional conduct. Complete lack of accountability after losing a waistcoat, and no proper resolution was offered. Very disappointing experience.

Very unprofessional. These guys are just shell, actually depends on others to deliver their orders. I tailored a suit for me. The fitting and proportion came out insane. They denied fixing it. They were using all sorts of tantrums to avoid responsibility. When we argued, they asked us to leave the store. Never go to them…I finally went to next door and paying to fix it.
I can bet that they will not survive in this business for very long.

One of the worst tailors available in Kanpur. In the month of Dec-2018, I went for stitching 2 woolen trousers. He didn’t taken correct measurements, again went for alteration he again did same mistake. In 3rd attempt he delivered totally unfit badly stitched trouser my time & money both wasted. There are many other very good tailors in Kanpur, don’t waste your money & time with New Sardar Tailors.

Never go to them. These guys just take work and outsource to others. The output is absurd for 2 Kurta’s and one suit. They even denied fitting and kept saying this is best fitting they can give…everyone who saw the clothes said is ill fitted.

He charges much money but the finishing of the shirt was very bad....poori shirt me single silai ki.... I was very dissapointed because I gave a very expensive shirt cloth for stiching...shirt ki buttons me se dhage Nikal rahe thay....I would never again go to this shop....
