Respected Sir,
We hear you and have gone through your concern. We note that the product was bought by you in around September 2025 and you came to get it exchanged/return in March 2026. Please note that there is a window of return and exchange for products. No store/shop/brand exchanges the products after 6 months.
Even though you had come to exchange the product after 6 months, we tried to help you by giving you an option to get the thing fixed but you chose not to (not taking into consideration the fact whether there was a defect at that time of purchase or not).
Please note that at Roopsee, we treat all customers with all respect irrespective of the fact that customer is coming to buy or exchange.
Irrespective of the facts, we apologise for your bad experience with us.

My mother bought 6 sets of different types which were very costly each costing around 3000-5000 range. Color is coming out of the garments even without wash.
Laces are also coming out.
I do not recommend this shop.
मेरी माँ ने अलग-अलग तरह के 6 सेट खरीदे जो बहुत महंगे थे और हर सेट की कीमत 3000-5000 के बीच थी। बिना धोए भी कपड़ों से रंग निकल रहा है। लेस भी निकल रहे हैं। मैं इसकी सिफारिश नहीं करता
